Worst Customer service experience ever...lazy...tried to give an unsafe vehicle...alternate vehicle pull up door broke and lost half a day..although charged full....ordered 2 dollies...only 1 provided...then it was my fault for going to that location..and the provided dolly was not that good... CSR reps on the phone very helpful..was supposed to receive call from the District Manager...never happened...with all the issues had to.oush back my contractor and painters 1 day...again at my cost because unable to complete the move as truck was defective and without the 1 furniture dolly...took much longer and more heavy lifting... Needless to say....I will not be recommending this Uhaul location...nor Uhaul in general for anyone to use....I have used Uhaul several times in the past....and never have I experienced such poor service...that I actually needed to complain....but this time several phone calls and complaints.. Again the CSR on the phone very nice pleasant and as helpful as they could be....but their questionaire only reflects the experience with the local agent and the equipment...not their helpful service.. Poor on Uhaul....I guess 1 comllaint won't move the needle to improve your customers experience

I was shown that my invoice would be 110 from the dealer. When I arrived home my invoice was 129.00. He showed me in his phone the 110.00 ams said that is what I would be charged. Only after I am home and a 100km+ from the dealer and nothing I can do.

I asked for a handcart when I booked but one wasn't included. Not a big deal I guess. The guys at the store were super polite though.

Poor experience overall. Waited an hour and twenty minutes before the store clerk called his manager that was able to do my order in 10 minutes. Granted my order was initially a self-serve order, however my phone location could not be found which was only 10-15 minutes of the issue. The U-Haul manager that was contacted was very helpful and resourceful, but the in-store staff left me feeling frustrated. As once I got into the truck the low tire pressure indicator came on, leaving me to stop at the closest gas station to fill the tire with air. Not a good experience.

Truck ran well was clean reservation for truck was at 12 pm we didn't get the key until 1235 ...very slow process not sure if it was the gentleman's computer causing that but was far too long of a wait. Otherwise all was ok.

BE HONEST OVER THE PHONE ABOUT MILEAGE RATE!! I called head office in advance and a representative told me it would be $25 for the rental plus gas… now I get my receipt and it’s 100 bucks because $43 is mileage fee. This is BS. NEVER COMING BACK!!

Horrible. I was charged for a utility dolly that was not provided. I was also offered a discount for Uhaul changing my location 3 times. No discount was applied. I was over charged by Uhaul. Their solution is to call customer service. The wait time is so long that you end up having to hang up.

Your online process is absolutely terrible and when I attempt to deal with issues in person still terrible between language barriers to being billed for excess charges to confusing last minute calls changing pickup location Will not use company again

Said it’s 85c for Km and charger 1.45/km. I lost money 2 times which never came back. They said I’ll get my truck by 8 but I got it by 9:45.

WORST.COMPANY.EVER WORST.APP..EVER WORST.CUSTOMER.SERVICE.EVER That about sums it up. 2 hours on hold, a frozen app, a clerk that laughed at my predicament, disconnected on hold twice after at least 30 minutes, no dolly as ordered, no call=back regarding complaints.

It would have been nice to know in advance that my pickup would be entirely digital. I was expecting counter service, rather than completing the pickup on my phone. You need to let your customers know that there will be no assistance at this location.

Let customers know that the pick up truck instructions will not appear until requested time of rental for mobile pick up. Also, after being on hold for help after being on hold for 10 mins to then not being able to get any advice about the pick up instructions, we were transferred to another line that was approximately a 40 min wait. We were on a time line which is why the truck was booked for that specific time. It would of been nice to know instructions a head of time that options in the dashboard only populate at precise time of pick up.

I was first sent to another location that didn't set up my ride share, I then was sent to this location saying they would open within the hour, they didn't open for over an hour and a half, I then had to call customer support again for a 3rd time to get them to fix it so I could pick it up with the ride share properly, your "convenient" way wasted over 3 hours of my day and you still gave me a dirty van and expected it back early.
