Pickup location was great to work with. Unfortunately the overall U-haul system needs a better approach at confirming reservations were complete and the equipment is in possession of the customer. Horrible experience while trying to drive 600+ miles in blowing snow while un-cancelling a reservation for no reason.

I am not happy with U-Haul at all. My truck was not available that I reserved in my town, then a dolly was not available. The gas tank was not full when I picked it up.

There was a little bit of a hiccup picking up our equipment from this location, when we arrived we were not able to do a mobile check-in and when we inquired at the desk they did not know about our reservation at all. After some back-and-forth confusion we managed to get checked in and take our truck. The woman who helped us was extremely sweet and helped make the whole ordeal much better. When we got into our truck we found it to be in dirty condition, with sticky stains around the cup holders. The gas gauge was also lower than our contract said it would be (and said we had to return it at), with the contract stating it was 11/16 and it was actually slightly under 1/2.

Was switched last minute to a location 50 miles away from original pick up. In order to accommodate I had to switch my pick up time to be earlier. Pick up sitw was not ready for me and I spent 30 minutes waiting for paperwork to get filled out.

The location said it was opened and it was NOT. The owner was out driving/mowing his farm. We called the phone number numerous times and no one picked up! We waited for half an hour before he came to tell us we can drop off the keys. Then I received a bill today!! He CHARGED me for an extra day! I am currently disputing this charge because we returned the truck on Monday July 5th as stated in the original contract but he listed on the bill that it was Tuesday, July 6th. What the hell are these people doing? Trying to cheat people for a FEW BUCKS! Never renting from U-HAUL again. This is the worse experience EVER!

Truck wasnt ready for use. Couldnt get pad lock off of truck door. Had to make 3 trips back to the rental place for them to remove lock. Truck was old and had no power. Called 15 times with no answer to this location. Got charged for miles and gas during the whole lock disaster. Terrible experience for my brother who was losing his house at the time and had to move his stuff in sub zero temperatures. I'll never use Uhaul again if there is anyone else I can go to.

Not for uhaul. First of all out in middle no where and they kinda snotty. It’s a car shop not uhaul place shoot they weren’t going to go over the mileage and stuff with me and check it out

It would be helpful if they had the drop box clearly marked and they didn’t answer the phone when I called. It should probably look like the picture on your site to avoid unneeded confusion. I did find it, eventually...

The computer issues and took along time to pickup, after drop I received calls from Milwaukee 2 business days asked if I was going to return it ( which I did with in the 24hr rental time)

When someone makes a reservation that is repeatedly confirmed the company should stand by that and not then tell customers that it is actually just a request and not have items available. Then say request not reservation, check the definition of the word. People make arrangements based on the confirmation, not expecting to have to scramble the day before and have to change plans around your shady company. I will never use this company again and have made a point of telling everyone I know never to use your services either. That's when I found many other people that had the same miserable experience with your company

It took a half an hour to complete paperwork. The lady was very nice and said it was a new system. I'm not sure if it is supposed to take that long. Then there was no help but when I went and asked for help she did find someone to make sure I had it hooked up correct.

Trailer was filthy and had to be swept out due to all of the debris. Requested a dolly in order but had to go to a second U-haul location to get it. And last but not least, the lights did not all work on the trailer putting the customer (me) in danger of an accident or a ticket from the police. As an organization as big as U-haul, I expected much better!!!!!!!

Be sure to quote the correct number of miles that your online reservation states and when the customer questions this, do not state that the computer is always wrong. There is a lot of stress and cost involved with moving and there should not be any added to that by a misquote of miles when you pick up your truck.

We had this moved from Bristol to Columbus. It was an extra 10 minute drive to and from. No one was there when we wanted to drop it off and they called two days later to let me know truck wasn't even there. Overall terrible experience.

first they were not sure if they truck I ordered was there and then they gave me the wrong truck (keys didn't fit in the ignition). On top of that this wasn't the location I chose to pick the truck up at. Very disappointed with U-haul.

Two of the four tires air pressure was so low it barley registered on air pressure gauge. Check all equipment readiness b4 allowing out of your lot, after all JRC is a service garage. Would not be that difficult
