There was nothing wring with the drop off location. They were very helpful. But the corporation of U-haul has lost my business for anything in the future. See above comments for why.

I noted the problems with the dolly in my online return process. Please refer to that. This comment is about the location, more broadly. The rep who provided me the equipment was very questionable in his ethics. He outright insulted my life-long experience as an automotive mechanic (I was literally raised in a family with automotive sports and general mechanical backgrounds). The way he performed his pre-rental inspection was suspicious, and I got the sense that he was probing my awareness of his actions. I must say, I positively do not like that he used his personal cell phone to take photos of my drivers license. If I should somehow discover that UHaul is encouraging that practice, I will certainly file complaints with appropriate regulatory oversight agencies. The final red flag came when I returned the dolly. I have rented from UHaul several times previously, and am aware that a return process is typically conducted by staff if/when they are available at the time of the return. This same rep was indeed still on location. He did not perform a return process, and he also did not ask me to perform it myself on UHaul's website. He insisted, "You're good! Have a good day!" It is important to note: My rental contract was for a 24-hour period. I returned the dolly only a few hours after picking it up, having completed the task for which it was needed. If neither the rep nor myself performed the return process, anyone would have the capability of using that dolly during the remainder of my contract. UHaul would have no way of knowing that. From the company's perspective; any damages, theft, or late return would be my actions and liability, not JP Quickstop's. Again, I got the sense that the rep was seeking some sort of opportunity. Against his direction, I personally performed the return process online before leaving the store. It would be interesting if the company discovered that the dolly was used shortly after I completed the return. I don't believe the rep knows I followed the process. I cannot possibly recommend this location to anyone. The staff afford themselves too many opportunities to take wrongful advantage of customers. I believe they have done this before. And I believe they will do it again.

We feel we were over charged. We rented for 5 days. Sat to Thur . We closed on our house FRI. We were told 20$ extra a day. Spoke to a rep on the phone that stated we need to return trailer before 7pm which we did. Once we got our bill it was 88$ and stated we only rent for 4 days. It was confusing and we had a lot of moving parts moving from the IAN --did not want to fight it.

The store clerk acted as though we were a bother to him. Then, We had to run to advanced auto for an adapter for the lights and when we returned less than 15 minutes later the clerk that was at the store told us that the only guy who knows how to do the uhauls was gone and would be back in 30 minutes we waited an hour when he finally showed up. We didn’t get our text to make sure the trailer was ok before we left and we still haven’t received our text to let us know we dropped the trailer off on time. I will not use this location again!

For local people who live in the area it is okay. For me the location was far away and inconvenient. The overall experience with uhaul is overpriced and equipment is difficult to find for anything other than local rental. The equipment was dirty, poorly maintained and I had to hook up my own equipment to use.

Nothing, because I didn't have a u-haul reserved. However, I walked in and asked for a u-haul. They had one available with no reservation, therefore I rode away with a u-haul. Reservations are required but they worked with me and I was GRATEFUL!!

After contacting a U-haul in Brookhaven MS, she was very UNFRIENDLY and didn’t have the time to help me find a trailer. So I drove almost 40 miles and found one at JP’s. He went out of his way to help me with my needs. Maybe Brookhaven could take a lesson from JP or closed their doors one. Thank you Uhaul and JP for helping with Wreathes Across America.

Truck was dirty. System was down when I went to pick up. Took 2 hours to get the truck. It was 30 miles out of my way and not where I wanted to pick up. The people were nice but I won't be using uhaul again bc of alllll the issues we had.

I use JPQuick Stop only because UHaul assigns it as a drop off location. The personnel are not helpful. It takes THREE people to check the equipment in - and some of them do not stay onsite. The girl onsite has to CALL her brother to come to the site to check the equipment. The first time I tried to drop off a truck the girl told me they did not “do that.” I had to call UHaul with her standing there while I was on the phone with UHaul to tell her HOW to accept the equipment. If I’m assigned this location in the future I plan to contact UHaul for a change in drop-off location.
