The numbers on the truck are hard to read at night. The key box is located is not clearly marked and can be confusing. Too many cars in the parking lot making it difficult to get out of the lot. The truck had serious transmission troubles making it hard to drive.

This Truck needs work. Driver door does not close all the way, overhead door @ rear of truck is HARD to open & close. Lots of rattle noise while driving, something is loose on the truck. Truck in poor condition.

I called to inquire and he was rude again, claiming that there was sawdust everywhere in the truck and he spent a long time cleaning it out. I didn't have items inside the truck which would have sawdust, and I also am quite sure that I swept out the truck to an acceptable level, since I typically pay attention to detail well. I believe this guy to be unethical and rude.

I went to put the key through the slot on the front door and the front door was left unlocked, no one in sight or shouting distance. I crossed my fingers and left the key on the desk. Luckily it ended up okay but would not do that again.

Barbara HindenThe operator of this location was not present when I picked up the truck and was summoned by phone by an employee. The checkout was awkward and incomplete as that employee failed to make clear the return procedure which ultimately resulted in an avoidable charge of $20. Adding insult to injury, when I contacted the operator to question the charge he was unpleasant, dismissive and made a false claim about the cleanliness of the truck upon return. As a regular customer of UHaul I was extremely disappointed in this experience and will not patronize this location and will encourage others to do likewise.
John AndersonThe U-Haul had a manifold exhaust leak and was on its last leg... but that wasn't the bad part. We loaded up a 3 bedroom house into the large 26" U-Haul. It rained on way to the new house. when unloading the truck we noticed the stuff toward cab was soaking wet... looked at the roof and saw duct tape on the roof... THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE ROOF and our stuff was soaked!.. I then returned the truck that night, called U-Haul to ask if I should leave the keys there after hours or take with me when I return it in the morning, they said to keep with me. That morning at 8am I get a call from the manager at the location... he is screaming at me for not leaving the keys. I race over there and explain what happened. he said I'm not going to argue semantics with you... I'm to busy.. I said im supposed to check the vehicle and walk around it with you... he said no and just walked away. I then got charged for cleaning the vehicle that was empty. I then complained to U-Haul and they said their vehicles are water resistant, not water proof... I say "their truck didn't resist any water... it welcomed it in!" they said i could fill out 4 pages of stuff but it probably would be rejected... so i just get to write this frustrated review. I 100% don't recommend this location... the worst.1/5 stars.. as for U-Haul.... ehh 3/5 stars.

Tried to resolve issue on chatroom and this had errors and then couldn't help me. Also, was told location would be open Saturday afternoon when speaking to rep on 800 number and the location closes at 11 on Saturday and it made my day very difficult.

Was never mentioned that we would be charged if we left it there. $25.00 for cleaning, truck was swept out and pads were folded. $33.60 for fuel even though it was returned at the same level when it was picked up. Need to have this refunded. Very poor service.

William ChamberlainLast year I took a 4×8 from Oklahoma to Illinois, less than $165.00. This year, took a 5×8 back to Oklahoma from Illinois, $632.00. You guys are really crooked. I know supply and demand, but your average customer should not be paying for Blue states F'd up political decisions that cause people to exodus at a higher rate. Makes it hard for me to ever want to use UHaul again.
Geoffrey JohnsonOnline check in option was frustrating at best. Don’t expect any help from the staff if you have an issue. It took me over an hour to check out the vehicle correctly which tanked my schedule. Opinion only - staff should be familiar with the options Uhaul offers it’s customers or they’re not a very good representative for the company. Everything else in this experience was at least satisfactory or better. It all worked out in the end.

Greg HayesI was incredibly disappointed by the check-in process. The app tells me all I need to do is show up on time then I will be able to get in and go quickly. Unfortunately, the app tried to confirm my identity three different ways, none of them working correctly, which tremendously cut into my time with the Uhaul and allowed it so I wasn't able to get the full load that I needed to get before returning the Uhaul. Only when I gave up on the mobile sign-in and went in was I able to be helped by a great person at JJ Service Center. Do not advertise a mobile check-in option if it is not going to work and be efficient. Tremendously sad first time using Uhaul and I do not plan again because of the complete lack of care for my time.
Scot GladstoneDo not use this location. I have rented from UHaul many times in the past with no issues. This is the first time I have used this location. It is a scam by overcharging customers. Take pictures of odometer and gas gauge as they will try to over charge you.

Just a little more space would help. Upon moving and cleaning the snow off, the truck itself was cleaner and newer than expected.

I spent over an hour picking up my vehicle due to process flaws in the verification process. The location at which I picked up my vehicle claimed that once the online pickup process is underway, they are unable to help in any way. I can provide additional feedback as to what parts of the pickup process require attention if you wish to connect with me directly.
