Cashier was extremely helpful and the truck was in great shape
Nicole CBrakes didn’t work on trailer Didn’t find out till I picked up car Trailer uses fluid for brakes when I checked it was empty . I put one bottle in and didn’t help need fill up got an bottle and filled again Must have air in line Every time I slowed down the trailer banked in my truck and would push through light and then I would hit gas it would bang again . Was a brutal ride home
Robert HI picked up the trailer after sunset. The lot where the trailer was parked was unlit and it was raining. I was told to hook the trailer up and pull it to the front of the store so they could take pictures and inspect. very poor customer service

ed wI had four different pick-up locations and some were where to pick up truck and transporter in a different location. I finally spoke with Windy and she was able to get the truck and transporter in the same location. She was also able to get me a discount on the bigger truck. Thank you Windy.

david dFriendly staff. On arrival though, was going to ask to wait after having a pick up time 30 minutes from my home, because another customer had drove a U-Haul truck into ditch. Too far from my original contracted pick up location. Trailer was in the mud and left over debris (sofa cushions and table legs, I had to move) at tongue and wheels. Truck was muddy on outside and smelled like smoke inside, but clean. No indication that I had to buy a hitch, found out once outside. Returned trailer and there were leaves inside, asked to clean them out. Overall my worst U-Haul experience ever, and I have had many. Sorry for the poor review but felt it needed to be said.

Scott JThe check out and in process was efficient and personel friendly. HOWEVER, the truck leaked water from the sides or top and one side of items were wet, boxes ruined and some items damaged. The rental location offered no discount just referred me to call Uhaul.

KENNETH JThe commutation there! as I called to let them know I was going to be a little late because I was stuck in traffic. I then got a phone call about 30 minutes later from someone els saying I was late when I had called Pryer. When I finally arrived the clerk was rude saying I’m late. I explained I called he then started “no I called you” was very rude then he had told me he needed to charge me more for gas then the agreement online. Overall I’ll never rent from that location agin. Customer services is a huge thing and sadly that location has none. I don’t like being called a lier and I don’t appreciate any rudeness! I personally would pay more to pick up a a further location then have to deal with that establishment ever agin!

RUSSELL FThe pickup and drop off was an easy experience. The inside of the cab was filthy. Opened the door and there was a cigarette on the driver's seat. There was garbage on the floor and the cup holders were broke. Was very disappointed but there was no other 26 foot vehicle availabe close.
