Richard FJohn at JCP was beyond outstanding! We needed a moving truck on a Sunday and only had a couple locations with the size we were needing. Even though JCP wasn’t open we were able to use the 24/7 pick up feature. However we ran into issues and was able to contact John and he swung down and helped us even on his day off! He was a gem and a half to do so, we appreciated that greatly, and was pleasure to work with. JCP was a little further away but I would easily make the drive to work with them again! Amazing service!!

Brian JPicked the truck up before opening hours using the app. Give yourself plenty of time, the app was very slow and didn't work well. Could not get the locks open - once we finally got connected to the local customer service, we were on our way in no time. Owner also personally followed up once he realized that we were having trouble.

Gary JI used to Smart Phone after hours check-in, rather attempted to use it. The U-haul app was not working, and after 4 or 5 attempts I abandon the process and left the keys in the drop box. I left the truck and trailer cleaned and fueled per the contract. I called the location during regular business hours and the gentlemen was very helpful, indicating he would check the equipment in normally.

ADRIENNE ZThe truck was clean. The windshield had a crack about 18" long right in front of my face. it is illegal to drive a car in this state with a crack like that. The back door had a very difficult time opening and closing for the last foot towards the bottom. I think it is ridiculous that you are having me rate just this location when the rental experience provided by Uhaul was incredibly bad. I want to be able to tell you just how much that sucked, to the point where I never want to use U-haul again, and I'll do my best to point all of my friends to another company as well.
ADAM PSecond time getting a truck from JCP, he is very efficient getting all the paperwork done and helping to get you on your way. He does not rush you out the door but is extremely mindful to not waste your time either. Easy pick up and drop off here.
CHRISTOPHER Kthe vehicle had an issue with the alignment, on a banked left turn it would turn harder to the left. Also the Air conditioner stopped working regularly just out side of Boise. it would come on if the engine was idle at below 2000 RPM or when we were accelerating up a hill and the rpm was over 4000. then the air would activate. this is not the fault of JCP auto Sales he would not have known

Ketashia SWe arrived to drop off our rental at 5:30 p.m. the location is supposed to close at 7:00. When we arrived the building was dark and locked. I called the phone number and the gentleman who answered was rude, he state that he "had to leave" and that we were to leave our rental there and he'd check us in when he arrived the next morning. Very unhelpful and poor service.
