I was scheduled to pick up truck at 10am. The attendant did not show up until 10:15. There was a maxi pad on the dash of the truck. The windshield was covered with snow and ice. Gas tank was not full as shown in pictures that I uploaded. I had a dolly reserved on this order. Location had no dollies.

Andrea VThe drop off location was hard to find, and even thought I dropped it off a day ahead (Thanksgiving day) they checked it in as late and are trying to charge me for an extra day! I had to call the Wonderfully helpful UHaul Customer Service to find the place lucky, so there is a record of the time I dropped it off and I am expecting to hear from a Supervisor today.
