The truck I rented did drive good. It was very load and shacking. Nothing about the ride was smooth. Also the inside wasn't clean. There was alot of leaves inside of the storage area.

Johnny Punfortunately I came to this location because the original location that I chose, (which was 10 miles closer to me) did not have their equipment keys so was unable to get my truck. This cost me time and extra money. Otherwise this location was ready and made check in very easy.

Cathy NI reserved a truck from this location because it indicated it would be an in-person pickup. Upon arrival, office was closed. When I called the owner, he was on vacation and did not tell me I had to convert to a mobile pickup. Took more than 1 hour to get issue resolved so I could pick up the truck,
Jeff Fthe lot was not maintained, the grass was high. The phone number to call JAC, nobody answered, we had to call UHAUL that was a hassle. I will not go back

ROGER EWe returned the truck but there was no one available in the middle of the day to ck us back in and the numbers on the door would not wk so called the u haul place where we picked up and they told us what to do to leave truck and take picture of the area where we left there was another couple returning a truck and trailer that was having the same problem. Also I was trying to get ahold of uhaul to see if I could of returned closer to my house cause actually there were too right close to me but was on hold forever so just drove the extra lie 30 miles toe return in Crosby ,thank you for listening and I will use uhaul again!

Frederick RI rented a uhaul from this gentleman and he was delayed in arriving to begin with but I was able to get the truck. I ended up needing it longer and called to extend it each day necessary. Then on the day I finally got storage lined out and I was ready to unload a tow truck pulled up in front of me stating that it was past due. I called the location I rented it from and he acted confused. Come to find out he never extended it and I had the uhaul and all of my belongings towed away. I called trying to find out about my stuff and see when me and the movers were supposed to come unload it only to be told no one knows where it is when I finally reached someone after days of attempts. And apparently they had been contacting my elderly mom instead of me who the account and truck were rented under. Now I've received an insane bill and still don't know where my entire house of belongings are.
CHRISTY EIt’s not the locations fault. When I called U-Haul they had me going to the first dealer to pick it up in the morning. They called me the day before and change the pick up to another location. When I got to the second location they did not have my truck and said they could not do anything about it and I was told to go to another location. At the third location now he said he could only rent it to me for 24 hours and originally I had it scheduled for 2 to 3 days now picking up the truck eight hours later than I thought screwed up my whole loading procedure the people that I hired to do it could no longer do the job and I am 65 years old and me and the wife had to stay up all night loading this truck trying to get it back on time so renting a truck from U-Haul fell short of a good experience again. In the future I will probably try to find another company they can have the equipment when they say they will have it

john bThere was no official office. The website stated the office would be open until 8pm for customer assistance. When the customer service representative finally showed up he didn’t help. He was annoyed that he even had to come up there.
Tara HThe ignition wasn’t working and know I’ve got this bill for 109 because I had to take it to drop off somewhere else, I also got a charge for not filling the tank in which I wasn’t told to fill it since I was instructed to drop it off about twenty miles away.

kris bThe inside and outside of the uhaul was muddy and dirty. I had to clean and sanitize the uhaul myself. I would not recommend uhaul to any of my co-workers or colleagues. I first had the uhaul reserved to be up my phone. The agents on the chat kept saying that they couldn't verify me and ended the chat. I requested a chat four times and they kept sending the chat before I could ask how to proceed with getting the truck. After an hour of trying to get assistance, I went to a uhaul location and the representative in the location called her ASM to resolve the issue. Mr. Mike reserved me a truck with no problem. After finally getting on the road the uhaul truck had a blowout and had me and my kids stuck on the side of the interstate for almost an hour. This is worst service I have ever received from uhaul.
