Counter agent did not seem to know what he was doing. I paid in full and checked in before going to pick up location. At check in he asked if I wanted to purchase additional insurance. As I'd already paid that I said no. He gave me a refund. It was not until signing paperwork that I realized he'd taken off my insurance. I told him I wanted the insurance but he was not able to put it on. Told me to contact U-Haul. I tried to do so but could not get through on phone.

Have more detailed information available as to specific sizes of automobile that will fit on the towing dolly. Would make for easier purchase decisions if I know beforehand if it has capacity to fit the dimension of my truck.

The wench on the car dolly was froze up on one side. I had to use WD 40 to loosen it up.
