There was no one at this location. We waited for almost 40 minutes to contact uhaul. These individual places were fine, my complaint would be with uhaul in general. First, our pickup location was changed. Then our truck wasn't there for us to pick up. Follow that by the guy did not add the extra days as we requested. Final straw was our drop off location was messed up. I have used uhaul many times over the years, this was a horrible experience. I'm the future I will find another company to go through.

I wasn't sure how to do the online pick up, and they were more than willing to walk through the process with me in person. Great and friendly staff. Thank you for all of your help!
