He did not give me any paper and he changed to my drop off location without my permission. Drop off location was very far away from my house I was choosing very closer one also after I drop of the truck that location charge me extra 6 dollars something like that which is weird there is no explanation before I drop my truck I called to the costumer service and they told me that you need to drop of the truck just that location and I did. We were overcharged about $35-$40 dollars at our turn in. Charged for 2 extra days, but was only one.Filled truck to half tank which was 1/4 of the gas gauge at pickup and was charged $18.00 for a quarter tank of gas. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Made my disabled husband stand outside in 26 degree weather waiting on rental car (which was late of course) instead of letting him stand inside warm building where there absolutely no customers inside. Again, I highly DO NOT recommend this location for a rental whether pickup or drop off. Never again will we use them.RICKY F.

Multiple attempts to call the published number on the U-Hauls website received a "call can not go through". Upon arrival to the location, the door was locked, lights off (at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday 9/7/2021). They had U-haul dollys sitting out on the sidewalk in front of the store. The drop-off space where I left the trailer was immediately next to dumpsters (extremely smelly location). While I have been a long-time U-Haul user/supporter, this dealership is a terrible representation of a great brand name. Approximately 3/4 mile down the road is a full-service location which I will gladly use in the future however I would strongly suggest you remove the privileges with Izzy's Gold - there are NOT a good representation of the U-haul name.LEONARD R.

I was asked to move my pick up time back because the guy was leaving and would make it back until 12:30 so that pushed back my moving time. I show up at 12:45 and there was a lady smoking a cigarette sitting outside who was on the phone with the guy. She asked how many miles I was going to use. I said 50ish because i needed it from florence to Alexandria then I would drop it off in alexandria. She said ok. Now I have been told I'm not getting that 155 back because I was told to bring it back to that location. When that NEVER HAPPENED! I DO NOT recommend this location or company at all. Our communication with this location was excellent. They also saved us from being in a bind for our out of state move. When we booked our reservation through 1-800-...-.... , we specifically requested an auto transport, instead 1-800-...-.... , reserved a tow dolly. I tried to correct it through 1-800-...-... , and was told they did not have an auto transport. We called this location, and they had caught the mistake and saved an auto transport for us. The Kentucky Location was great. The Glendale Heights drop off location charged me $20.00 EXTRA even though I dropped off 2 days earlier beÃ§ause I dropped after hours and didn't check in my self "WHICH THEY NEVER TOLD.ME THAT AT ALL. This guy should not be a U-Haul provider. The place was filthy! It smelled like cigarettes and dog. A little dog came out to bark at us. It didn't bother me, but, I was surprized it was there. There was all kinds of junk there. He did not have a second furniture dolly there or the required number of pads we reserved. We had to go to the location in Elsmere, KY to get the missing items. The people there were very professional and helpful. It was a lady and a man that helped us and apologized for us having to go to Izzy Golf. My stuff from this rental was taken and put in a storage room at a different location from the employees at Izzy's I guess. During that process I came up with a lot of items missing. An iPhone X, Amazon Echo Dot, 2 14k Gold Necklace Charms, a GoPro Camera, a brand new bag of Tide Laundry Pods, and about $30 worth of change that was in a jar. Florence police took a note of most of the belongings in the vehicle at the time they took possession and I will be pressing charges for this.Dylan E.
