WILLIAM GI love that location, the lady has an excellent costumers accommodation and she's very knowledgeable on her job. She take her time to teacher me on how to do online. She's very friendly I felt at home even it was my first time I rent a haul. Thank you...
HILDA DPicking up the truck was fine, though the location felt unsafe with inadequate lighting. The cab of the vehicle was really dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, and had a broken dome light so I couldn't see anything. The storage part of the vehicle, in contrast was clean and there were no issues. It felt like the vehicle overall had not been maintained in a while. It didn't handle well, had dim headlights, and was really shaky. I had issues uploading photos for the pick up and return. On the positive side, it was easy to locate the key... Overall not a great experience, but got the job done.

Budd MI don't understand why you have to use an app to log your return into. The app was very frustrating for me. I could not get in. I called U-haul to get assistance and was placed on hold for over 25 minutes. I finally just hung up the phone and left. Ms. Karen at 71st and Prospect was very kind, professional, and patient with me. I thanked her for that.

Derek JI was greeted and helped by the owner and she helped me understand I got the wrong size truck so she helped me extended my time at no charge. I signed the papers not knowing I would go a little over the mileage but the sad thing is I was charged $35 over what I signed for even after filling the gas tank up. Nothing against this owner but I will definitely use Uhaul again for my next move since I have never been charged over when I use rentals or any moving trucks.

Ester HFilthy! Weeds everywhere mud ponds trash everywhere and they tried to scam us by doubling the miles used, thank goodness we took pictures of the odometer at the check out and when we returned it. Never again, total trash

John CGas Meter was iffy, filled it up and the needle was wonky on turn in. The vehicle was all dented and scratched up with dirt and trash inside the truck on initial renting it out, took some time to air the truck out to get rid of the awful weed smell. Front lights barely worked, and some of the lights looked as if they were smashed out.

Xiaohan YThe uhaul truck was dirty when we entered it. Smelled strongly of smoke and had cigarette ashes spread all around. The person who assisted me was wonderful and I really appreciated her. The blue ridge location (my original reservation) was awful. They did not have a truck available at the time of my reservation and did not offer a discount or the $50 credit I was supposed to receive. Spoke with the general manager at blue ridge who provided the wrong address for the new uhaul location before I called and got the correct address. Very disappointed overall with my service at blue ridge and the equipment and ivory mims. Will be using budget next move.
