I returned the rental truck as I was supposed to (used the website after hours to drop it off, no issue but I was charged an additional fee for â€œfuel charge 5GLâ€ when I returned it with more fuel than when I picked it up (with pictures to prove it). I tried to reach out to the store and cannot seem to get in touch with anyone to have this charge returned to meJessica S.

This review is of Uhaul, not I-storage. Used 24/7 service. Had issues with online check in. Had to wait 20 mins on hold for help. Video tutorial of process was NOT AT ALL the same as process we actually had. Very confusing and stressful! Took us 30 mins to pick up equipment. Should not need 2 alternate contacts!James M.

When returning the vehicle I went during business hours. I was told by the employee I rented the truck from that if I were to return the truck during business hours an employee would check in the vehicle. When I got to the store I was greeted by a different person than whom I rented the vehicle from and told me she wasn't qualified to check the vehicle in nor held the correct qualifications and had me take time out of my busy schedule to do it myself take the pictures etc. I don't know if this is accurate or not but it became an inconvenience and caused me to be late to an appointment. Don't know if this will do anything but wanted to inform the company of the inconvenience it caused me.Diego R.
Truck needs to see a mechanic. Both doors did not seal, which made the drive miserable. I sounded like driving through a tornado the whole time. The steering in the truck was very worn. My wife was following me and called to ask if I was okay because the truck was going from line to line on the road. The engine has a slight misfire when idling. The only reason I would not recommend this location is the worn-out truck. These trucks cost WAY TOO MUCH to be unmaintained like that! Very disappointed!!Stefan B.

Returning the equipment when the location is closed is not practical. There isn't room for a truck 20ft or larger. When there are two or three other trucks there when you arrive, trucks end up parked in ditches and blocking other vehicles in.BRIAN L.

This truck had no oil in it at all had to go to get an oil change also the catalytic converter is non-existent on the truck had to drive with windows open so did not get asphyxiated. This truck should be turned in to the glue factory. I demand some refund on thismary K.
I really enjoyed my experience! The only downside was when I went to return the vehicle. The only space left available was the one closest to the fence. A previous customer had parked poorly and their U-Haul was parked over the line, not leaving enough room or a reasonable angle to park. I had to back into the grass to even have a chance to be able to pull forward into the space.Aaron B.

We had to pick up our truck at this location because it was unavailable at the location we chose. There seemed to be general miscommunication between what we chose online and what the store personnel had available to view. The system forced us to drop off elsewhere. While it was closer to our house, it was different than what the uhaul.com system brought up for us on a search when we initially reserved the rental.Monike G.
IS storage was great. But I was scheduled originally for Red's in League City. They refused to accept UHaul and did not tell me where I could go. Told to drive down road , â€œlots of uhaul placesâ€. I asked what name , he responded â€œUHAULâ€. Again IS Storage stepped up.DARREL W.

Replace the 26' truck. Shift lever was awful!!! Several times was stuck in park had to wiggle and shake to get it to shift. Same with ignition!!! Wiggle and shake the column to get the key to move. Parking at this place was nonexistent especially for a 26' truck. Light in the box didn't work. I have driven a lot of trucks this size this thing was subparJAMES K.

Reason for No on maintenance: Drivers cabin was dirty and had overhead cloth falling apart. The cargo bay had two broken rails. The truck drove though and was operationally fine. The check in person was extremely nice and professional.Robert D.
