Truck was filthy (even cup holder was sticky). I was really disappointed to be permitted 33 miles on a one way truck. The last time I went with Penkse, and for their one way trucks, there's no max on miles. So I was able to make a few trips if needed. Because of this 33 mile limit, I wasn't able to get everything moved. Now I have to rent again (but not through UHaul, unless they make this right)

Virginia OI don’t like how it’s a $100 hold for mileage of 20 miles and if you don’t go over 20 miles you suppose to get your money back but instead you guys gave me only some of my money.

jeremy bThis location has no one at the front desk when I returned a cc rental so without noticing I could return on my phone, I returned the keys and rushed to the hospital to meet my new granddaughter. Unfortunately, I couldn't purchase her a welcome gift due to U-Haul charging over $50 of fuel plus a fuel service fee for only driving the vehicle a few blocks twice. Lesson learned
