the only problem I had was the address I was sent to drop off the trailer was 15 miles away from the actual location. The location I was sent was a personal residence outside a town. The place I dropped it off at was very friendly and helpful.George S.

There was no person to help with attaching the unit. Only one person at the location and the unit was way in the back making it difficult for the attendant to leave the reception area unattended, It should have been brought out front ready for attaching. If I were alone, it would have been difficult at best.Gregory Y.

Since this location is closed on Sundays, it would help if equipment could be dropped of at another location close by. There are locations within a few miles open on Sundays.Steve G.

I put the right amount of fuel back in the truck, but yet I still get charged for 3 gallons. The vehicle was dirty and I put it on the Uhaul app, but recieve a cleaning fee. On top of that the steering wheel pulls to the left.Andrew S.

The phone number provided by Uhaul on paperwork would not work. took over an hour to find I Store number to get in touch with person at the location. Once contact made drop off was great. Makes more sense to use IStore # or get the equipment fixed so Uhaul number works....Paul P.

Put a jack on your 6x12 trailers. I had to lift and attach this extremely heavy trailer to my vehicle. A crank-up jack on the trailer would help.Robert P.

I took the U haul for return to the location given on my emailed contract. It was a few minutes after hours (5.15pm) so I followed all steps to return via my app. It then told me to go to another location 30 mins away!! I drove to new location which too was closed at 5pm. Trying to return via app was impossible as app does not work. Had to go on main site to complete the return. The cab and dome lights couldn't be turned off as there were no clear instructions. Took us longer than expected to figure it out. Location of where to park wasn't clearly indicated. An off duty location employee then showed us. Overall the return process was cumbersome and very slow and frustrating!RAJNISH K.
