There was a little bit of trash in the back not bad only a handful when I picked up the truck was just a little past gas put it back where it was but when I got the bill it said it was quite a bit as gas and they charge me.

Stacey WI turned my truck in after hours, so I didn't see or speak to anyone. This is the ONLY reason why I rated the store "Average".
katovishia wThe truck was not cleaned. There was dog hair everywhere all over everything. I had to use disinfectant wipes to clean the truck. The driver side sun visor was damaged. Overall the truck was disgusting!

Jakera VI picked up @2 my return time was 1 I kept calling around 11:30 to get a storage no one answered, from 11 til my return time nobody ever answered the phone once I got there nobody was even in the building I stood outside for 2HOURS trying to get a storage unit until I just decided to get one somewhere else highly unprofessional then after charging $101 when I got the truck they back door and took $83 off my card
alyse dThe dolly, furniture cart, and moving blankets that I reserved were all unavailable. I needed some assistance with picking up the vehicle and was treated rudely by the gentleman who was working at IStorage. He was inpatient and not helpful at all.

I waited 2 hours for my rental due to having system issues where my card could not be accepted due to the system being down which hindered my progress in moving even though I did everything right on my end as far as reserving the truck ahead of time
