Rep asked if I wanted insurance and I said no. He added it to my final receipt anyways so it's nice to know they're illegally adding items to customers reservations to hit a quota

Since when are customers supposed to hook up their own equipment. It was extremely unprofessional.
Ashley E.The storage facility was supposed to open at 10am. Which is when my appointment was. The property manager did not show up to even open the door until 10:20am. Called the number on the website and it was a call center. And even they could not get in touch with the manager. When he did arrive I had to wait for a until he got off the phone with other storage managers to start my rental process. Because the property manager was late, I was late to an appointment I had after renting the trailer.

Daniel B.Anthony needs some serious training. 1. Anthony was on break when we went to pick up the rental. We had to wait about 20 minutes for him to come out of the adjacent apartment to help us. 2. Anthony was on break when we came to return the vehicle. No one was there when we returned the rental in less than 2 days. 3. The receipt for the rental came showing that we returned the rental after 3 days, I was upset called and Anthony told me to call 1800 UHaul and Dispute the charge. I asked why I should have to dispute the overcharge, Anthony said I was not listening to him. I did not feel listened to myself. I tried to explain what happned and why I was upset, Anthony did not care. I had to waste my time calling UHAUL to ask for a credit after being charged a full days extra rent for a trailer turned in on time. I am very upset. Anthony was nice enough during the retnal and hook up (by the way something was spliced on the trailer and he mentioned that should not of been done). I should not have ot spend my time calling and going through this, or getting a receipt that overcharged me. Doesn't Anthony know I had returned the trailer when he was on one of his many breaks that he enjoys, while giving poor service to customers. I have asked customer service to credit me back 2 days now, instead of one for having the truck. I believe I deserve a credit for being overcharged and for being mistreated by Anthony.

When picked up equipment, told by location they were more of a truck processing place and not a 'full service' place. Would have been nice for the Uhaul website to note this as required me to make other arrangements for the needed dolly.

DIEGO I.I think I was dealing with Alex Cantu and it was a good experience. He was professional and everything was easy going and would definitely recommend renting a vehicle from this place.
DAVID ADAM L.I own a Boutique, & I periodically rent U-Haul 12FT Trucks to transport my inventory which is apparel to the Vendor shows. This by far was the most repulsive rental I have ever received from U-Haul. The truck cosmetic body was presentable, but the cargo of the U-Haul smelt like STRONG body odor and unfortunately for me-that was NOT good because I had to transport inventory which consists of Apparel, Artesian hats etc. So my inventory smelt exactly how this rental did. Lastly the Ac on the truck stops functioning when you accelerate the gas. The point is, if you want to provide service and hold a good reputation for what you do, make sure your service is up to par with what you are charging and presenting. This rental was about $1K and it was not worth a dime of it. Good day
Candice S.I tried calling the location 30 times and going through all the prompts to reach the front desk person regarding some issues with turning in my uhaul and did not receive a call back from the voicemail I left nor did anyone answer the phone. I called the main uhaul number and every option said my wait time was less than a min and the call would immediately disconnect. Overall this was a very poor experience.

Paul G.Clean the interior of the truck. Smelt like cigarettes. And then you charged an extra $25 cleaning fee, when you should be comping me for the shit side mirror that was being held up with electrical tape and could not be adjusted.
