The truck was relatively clean but still had old boxes. It wasn't clear to me that the reservation was uhaul 24/7. I didntknow what the service was and struggled to get the truck which was delayed. I also did not get the dolly or furniture dolly I reserved. I also received the truck basically empty.Alexander G.
The parking lot did not allow for multiple trucks to park! We were fortunate to find ONE open spot left to park but there were at least 6-7 trucks parked in the fire lane making it VERY difficult to squeeze a 20' truck in.Thao X.

The man who helped me (who I believe was the owner of this location) was EXCELLENT. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. His retail area was impeccably clean and meticulously organized. I will come back here every time I need a UHaul truck. He is A+.Linsey B.

I picked up a vehicle and within 6 hours of my drive the back tire blow out almost cause a terrible accident. I called roadside assistance and when he arrived and explained that the tire was very old and had no tread and should never been allowed on the road and that we were lucky it was not worst. I know issues with vehicles can happen but a bad tire is unacceptable.Whitney R.

The gentleman who checked in my vehicle was friendly and professional.Mark B.
The employee at this location was very rude. When told that the truck was filthy, he rudely grabbed a weed blower and went outside to view the truck. In the process he blew the trash from one side of the truck directly into me. Also there were household items left in the truck from the last renter. Based upon this experience, I would not recommend this location and maybe not U-Haul in general. This person needs some customer service training. Also, if checking in and out requires an internet connection it would be helpful for the location to have a guest wifi. This was my worst customer service experience ever.Carlton W.

I arrived at 5:15 pm on 3-14-22. The van was due till 3-15 at 12:00 pm. I was expecting to drop off the DC -15â€ Moving Van using the mobile app., but to my surprise ( since website says this location closes at 5:00) there was a Uhaul agent at the front desk, Tara Lyttle. I was exhausted and proceeded to let her know I was dropping off the Van and if we could please go outside to verify the condition of the van and fuel check. She said it wasn't necessary. I insisted several times asking for a receipt and she continued to say, I'll take care of it and send you a receipt to your email. She asked if the fuel tank came with the same amount that I received it and I told her YES since my husband and I had just come from the gas station. This will be the first time I complain online about an agent from any company. I am very upset that she would lie and be so deceitful. I was charged for 4 galones of gas, $23.58. These 4 galones would mean that I received the van with a full tank , which I did not and the original receipt shows that. It is unfortunate that Tara would be so misleading and deceitful. I would not recommend anyone to go drop off their van to this location!!!jack B.

This is not a location you want to rent a U-haul from. In fact dealing with iStorage Customer Service was not helpful either. I went to drop off a rental 10' van at 12:50 pm. The office was closed and there was a sign saying back at 2 pm. There was another customer waiting outside the door and they asked if I worked here. I said no, and they said they had been waiting for 30 minutes, so since 12:20 pm. I called the office number and it was sent over to Customer Service. Not helpful at all, but he confirmed that I could not do a U-Haul App drop off, since it was still open business hours, even though they were supposedly gone for lunch. Well when I picked up the van the day before I said I would be dropping it off early afternoon. She never indicated any hours closed down for lunch. The office guy finally showed up at 2:20 pm, so he was gone for two hours! Crazy way to run a business! I called the Customer Service Number again, and they got a hold of the Area Manager and he said it was double covered today, so should not have closed for lunch and definitely not 2 hours. The app was not working. It would not allow me to upload the picture of the mileage and odometer, after 1hour I called the customer service and the made me use the browser instead and it eventually worked. No one was there to help.Gianluca C.
