Improve your mobile check-in process. The UHaul mobile check-in gets 0/5 stars. Collect all information, especially if it needs to be verified by you, during the registration process and not during the check-in process. Otherwise make it know that check-in can take 10-15 minutes or start the rental time once check-in is complete. I arrived 5 minutes before my pickup time, but check-in took 15 minutes because it took a long time AND me contacting you through the chat tool to get your approval. I only had the rental for one hour but yet I only had 50 minutes because even though check-in delayed me receiving my rental by 10 minutes, I still had to return it on time. Overall this experience was absolutely terrible and I will NOT be renting from UHaul again.Casey A.

When reserving online it needs to be accurate on whether or not the location has hand tricks and dollies available. It's easier to plan ahead of time knowing you're not going to have it than to show up and be told it's not available the day you need it.Nicole W.

The lady that helped us was excellent, however, we were charged TWICE, and it's been TEN days and our money ($193.07) has NOT been given back to us. Furthermore, they are not proactive in contacting us to resolve it, we have to keep contacting them when they're aware of the issue. James@uhaul keeps saying it is a hold, but it's not showing up as a hold and we want the DUPLICATE CHARGE REFUNDED TODAY! It's been TEN days that you've had our money.Eric M.

The seat was a little difficult to adjust. The website was a bit difficult to use. I wanted to edit my original request by changing the type of rental--I had to reserve another vehicle at a different location. I emailed customer service to cancel by original request but it kept showing up. I then called the location to cancel and got a voice mail and later got a call from a different location for the original reservation.Jeffrey A.
The rental process was horrible. First I was given a location that didnt have the truck that was promised. Luckily I called before I went down there. Then I was given a truck that was on the other side of town. The lady at the location was very helpful though. I called Uhaul and stayed on hold for quite a while but the guy answering the call was great. I was told that the communication process between Uhaul and the drop off sites isnt what it should be.Russell B.

I was disappointed with the fact that when a new locations was sent to us in the confirmation text, the pick up time was adjusted without my agreement. We rented 2 different trucks for our event and this happened with both, causing me to have to contact the 1-800 Go UHaul both times and standing on hold for more that 75 minutes between the two of those phone calls both at very inconvenient and pressure filled times for me. My purpose for planning ahead and reserving ahead was to avoid just that. This was very disappointing and would cause me to potentially not refer you nor use your service again.David A.

The truck I had reserved was not there. When it said I could pick it up at 9:30 am and I finally got the key and got in it at 10:14 am and I would like $50 rebate. For waiting almost 45 mins to get it. And the air condition did blow out good air. It was alright. And it had no windshield cleaner in the truck to spray and clean window with windshield wipers.Matthew P.

She drove me to another location to p/u a car carrier, this is the ONLY location I highly recommend, I went to them all and they screwed up on the carriers and downed them, always make sure one is ready before you p/u, no communication and they will send you to multiple stores.Sheri B.

The lady who rented me the truck couldn't get the printer to work. The truck needs shocks, at a minimum. It had been smoked in and smelled bad. Tow/haul nob in truck was broken and it was very difficult to distinguish between a 0 and an 8 on the odometer.DeNeen R.

The staff were the absolute best!!! Very professional and friendly. The only problem? The door to the van got stuck open and it was hell getting it back down. Actually cut myself getting the hook unstuck from under the frame of the door. After that, no worries. Just one of those crazy things that happen when you're moving...marcus R.
