Glenda had no idea of what she was doing. Moving is stressful enough. She just added additional stress by her lack of knowledge. I would recommend just going to a U-Haul center.Nakeya K.
I had a pickup scheduled for 9. Didn't leave until 1030. The systems crashed and the lady working seemed to have no idea how to work the system and had absolutely no sympathy for us. When people move they have a strict schedule to uphold and she didn't understand that. The district manager had to get on the phone with us and our reservation was voided and he made us walk in customers. He was eventually able to help me out, but only offered me discounts on gas and blankets. I still paid full price which seems kind of ridiculous. Thanks for asking how my experience was. Won't use Uhaul again.Joseph B.
I was told to go here by Uhaul due to available truck sizes. Storage facility with only a few trucks, but staff was awesome, and truck was clean!John C.

Manager at this location went out of his way to help us out to return our trailer. After a 3 day drive from NY, we found we were unable to drop off our trailer to the closest 3 locations. 1 was closed (planned drop off location). The other 2 locations would not accept our trailer because they had a surplus of stock. The manager of this location took our trailer, and personally drove it to a more distant location that would accept it!!! Now that is excellent service, I cannot say thank you enough!nathan H.

I think it was just the first time that the girl at the front desk had done a truck rental before so it wasn't her fault that it took a lot longer than I would have anticipated. I sat there for 30 minutes while she made a bunch of phone calls to figure it all out. UHaul should make sure people are trained before they throw people into the fire so to speak. Definitely not her fault at all but it was a bit frustrating...Jason D.
