I reserved a truck at a close location and they did not have the equipment available. Had to drive to the next city over to secure my rental with no notification from uhaul. Attendant could not tell me where the closet piece of equipment was located.

Truck was dirty, interior was dirty, windshield was filthy. Agent who assisted me was incompetent.

Was a little more trouble to rent from this location. Then my code to get into the gate to return trailer did not work. Plus charged me an extra 20.00 bc no one verbalized to me that I needed to return the trailer online. ??

Signed up for Express pick up. Had to go in office to get access. They weren't expecting me. Extra equipment / supplies was not in truck.

I rented from storage in Decatur...i rented space from them....ive used them before always the very best of people..uhaul makes every move easier...as much as I hate moving.uhaul and storage male it do able...thanks

I found the communication between company and myself to be lacking . Be it by phone and or emails. I ask again for someone to call me. This will be my last. I do not recommend company to anyone who has to travel more then 30 miles.

I can't think of a thing that needs to be improved, staff was amazing.I'm 61 female I was exhausted the heat was in 90's, I ask your staff if they knew of anyone I could hire to help..they had a professional moving service number.I explained I'm on fixed income and could afford to pay professional movers..they offered to help me when they took their dinner break..I said no..I've seen you have to stop eating to wait on customers..just an amazing staff...

I was overcharged. I brought the truck back to the location I rented from & was charged triple. This shit better be resolved. This was at the Decatur, AL, 14 ST location. Mindy is her name. Doug Hamilton: 256-565-2209

No improvement needed. I had an awesome experience. The personnel was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. I would definitely use them again, if not I'll be referring my family and friends to them.

They were great at this location. However, I had made a reservation at the place on 6th Ave in Decatur. First of all, they changed my pick up time by 2 1/2 hours. Then, after waiting in line forever they didn’t even have the truck I reserved!!! The staff was rude and accused me of skipping line, which I did not do. I had to go to another location to get it (which was the good place). And to top it off, the place they told me to return it to refused to accept the truck because they no longer do U-Haul rentals. It was a fiasco start to finish. Very disappointed with the first place (6th Ave), but was pleased at the 2nd place (14th St).

Have more equipment so I wouldn't have to go to another store for a dolly and moving pads.

I reserved a truck at another location but then received a email instructing me to this location. When I arrived there was no one there and a sign on the door saying they would return at 10:30am. I had the truck reserved for 10:00am. I called the corporate number but they didn't know where the staff was and couldn't reach the manager. At 11:00am a staff member showed up with a child, handing him off to someone else in a truck. This staff member didn't have log ins to the uhaul system. When she did finally get the passwords she had our reservation messed up. Plus the utility dolly that I paid for was not available. I finally took possession of the truck an hour and half past my reservation time and paid for equipment I was not supplied. I'm very unhappy with the entire experience and will choose another company in the future.

When someone ask to pick up at one location in a week advance you need to have it there!!!

Owner took excellent care to assure trailor was ready and connected properly. Location needs more publicity.
