Fuel level should be full when picked up. Makes it easier to refill. When I picked up the truck this time it was just over 1/2 on the gauge, which makes it difficult to ascertain how much to put in when returning the vehicle.

After leaving the location I experienced a lighting issue with the trailer. I called and updated the retailer. They were very understanding and granted me a few extra hours the next day to complete my move in daylight. I had no clearance lights and was unable to transport my loaded trailer in the dark. I am very happy with the service and will always strongly recommend Uhaul to others.

Great friendly service

Very friendly and helpful. I was concerned that When I filled up the truck it took almost $23 and I had only driven 30 miles. The Gauge showed full when I pulled into the gas station so I wonder if the last user didn't fill it up or the gas gauge isn't working.

I believe when you order a vehicle from a authorized uhaul agent(where my temporary storage locket was) then that is were i should be able to get my vehicle not were travel from the pick up location back to my locker only adding mileage. The rate advertised should mention that the mileage rate is double the government mileage rste.

Better pick up and drop off process. Far too convoluted with too many steps to pick up and deliver. We selected a truck for pick up at 8pm because we have little children and it worked best for us to load the truck at night... unfortunately there were no working lights in the cargo area.

Update the website so I can only select trailers vehicles etc that the location I have selected actually carry. Hated having to rebook multiple times because of the website's misinformation.

I was disappointed the computer system only allowed the employee to choose one drop off location at the final destination. She was very frustrated knowing this location was not at all close and in fact was outside of the city of where I was going. This meant I had to call in on arrival, which worked out perfectly getting a reasonably located location, but made me nervous given our tight turn around time and this should have been able to be avoided.

Despite a power outage and a false start I had an excellent experience with this outlet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Don't change their plans without letting them know first.... perhaps see if it's going to interfere with your moving plans, have the things ready when the person gets there, don't give three or four different quotes

Very pleasant and helpful, I could not navigate the return drop-off on the U-Haul web site. There was an additional day rental which should have come with additional milage but the system again was not easy to navigate. Overall a positive experience.

The people at the Coombs location were very professional and accommodating. At the Grandview location the lady was uninterested in taking care of business and was more interested on being on her cell, dog jumped up on counter. Unclear that this is satellite location, phone message says "This person is unavailable". I have dealt with your North Vancouver location many times with good experience, but this Grandview location represents your company very poorly.

Best run U haul location professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing to improve here 10 / 10

The attendant said they could not do anything for us as they were the 'agent' and to contact UHaul - my essential concerns were: 1 Customer service was not 'pro-active' in both locations 2 Rate was expensive and we only needed for 3 days but were charged for 4. 3 Trailer was dirty inside - we cleaned it and left it in better condition.

The actual van had roof leaks and my goods were wet when it rained. The roof of the van body requires sealant to be installed. Other than that my whole experience was more than satisfactory.
