I have used Uhaul in the past and had no problems. I was tossed around, the first stop no one bothered to show up pick up at 8am. Second stop your retailer wasn't at the store and had no access to a computer. Wanted me to read out loud in a busy convient store my debit card numbers and he couldn't process for some reason. I called uhaul back and they had to do all the work. Finally got it and then returned it and had to demand I get a receipt. Very poor service. A stranger noticed what was going on and said his last experience was the same hassle. The truck was shaking quite a bit, also had cement splashed under the fender wells on the passenger side and on the bumper.TRACY C.
The owner lied and said we returned it the next day to charge us more money. The attendant refused to help us. The owner was never at the location and is apparently the only one that can handle uhaul.Hilary F.

I didn't initially select this location. I was moved to it bc my truck was stuck in the mud at another. The representative seemed unfamiliar with the entire process. They didn't have the appliance dolley that I needed but he had a standard one...I was still charged at the appliance rate. My biggest complaint is that I tried to apply a $200 gift certificate to my order and he told me that that it wouldn't go through. I had hoped that I could use it when I turned my truck in, but was told by that location that I could not. Should i mention that the gift certificate was issued for a prior complaint about a trans load disaster?! I'm DONE with uhaul for a while!NATHAN S.

All the trailer lights did not function at the time of pickup and the safety chains were in disrepair; there was also no other option for a 6'x12' trailer so I had to take it. We first thought it was the wiring harness extension they provided but upon further inspection, realized it was the wiring. Upon returning to my former residence, my friend and I re-wired some of the lighting wires at the right rear of the trailer with wire nuts and electrical tape I had bought and we were able to get most of the lights working, mainly the brake lights and turn signals (the important ones).Dan S.
The truck I had was filthy, mud all over the floor inside and the outside looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. The store didn't have a printer so the used my phone to take a picture of my receipt. I also had to walk the entire lot to find the truck because the clerk didn't know where it was. The clerks didn't do a walk around either on pick up or turn in. I have rented trucks many times and today was the first time I was asked to provide TWO peoples names and phone numbers as references. Over all I was very disappointed.Steven F.
Your requirements are stupid. I spent more time trying to rent the u-haul and even more trouble returning it. Change some of the rules.never will use you again.james H.
This place is not properly equipped to rent equipment. It is an incredibly busy gas station so you will be pushed aside several times during the rental process. Also, the woman that normally works at the counter is really hateful.TIMOTHY B.

The oasis gas station location on dalton pike was the worst place i have ever gotten a uhaul from my pick up was at 8 am and i got there 10 minutes earlier to check in an get my moving day started but they insisted on helping all there gas station customers before helping me leaving me to have to wait a whole hour almost before I could leave and then I finally got the truck an trailer I reserved an had to get them both out of mud holes cause they do not have the right property to be renting equipment out its all grass no concrete or asphalt! Cant really inspect the equipment due to space and having to wait for the assumed owners of this gas station to tend to the uhaul needs definitely will not recommend this location to anybody and already have turned other people away who was goin to go to this location these people have no business in dealing with uhaul equipment!!!!!Rickey D.
I reserved a 15-foot truck with pads and utility and appliance dollies 5 days before needing the equipment. I received a notification the reservation was successful and to confirm by phone with the location. I called and personally spoke with an employee who assured me of the confirmation of the reservation and equipment. However, when we arrived the next day to move our son, we were told there was no truck and no pads. The manager did find another truck for us at another location. It was useless to reserve and confirm equipment since neither was fulfilled at the location selected originally. We were able to get a truck and move, but the other truck did not have pads or dollies provided as originally requested and paid for with online check-in. The manager at the Island Oasis 3 was very kind and helpful in getting another truck, but it doesn't seem this location is prepared to provide service according to U-Haul standards. Location is a gas station and difficult to support a uhaul customer when everyone else coming into the facility is buying beer and lottery tickets. They do not have any tools to support the customer, it cost me $30 at Walmart for tools in order to hook up the trailer to the truck...Fred H.
Fire the people who work there this is my second rental from that location both times I waited over 45 minutes while the worker took care of over 25 other customers ...then told me they come first an I was there before any of them.. ..I've never been so mad in my life ..NATE P.
I got charged twice I got told that my total is going to be around $61 which is what reflected on my bank account and then all of a sudden when I return the truck five hours later I'm getting charge double I'm fixing to go back to the location and question this double charge ,very confusing!!!!!!!! The woman had me stand and wait for 45 minutes after starting my rental contract continued to engage customers and seriously it was the only truck left in town or I would have left and gone somewhere else. This model does not work, they need someone to run the rental counter and another to service lottery ticket customers.Lynn J.
No dropbox, not clear where to put truck. Did everything on app and was checked out, rep made me do everything a 2nd time cause she couldnt find me in system. Uhaul app doesnt send receipt of clearly show order after you pay. Was there 40 mins just to drop off.Jeffry F.
I was told that I could take the trailer to the closest location to drop it off. The person there seemed confused. We had to park and unhook by ourselves. When I asked for drop off papers I was told there weren't any.Paul C.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental company of any kind. I stood and waited a total of an hour and a half in a not so busy gas station while the owner and his wife tried to figure out what the heck they were doing. It cut into my reservation by 45 mins and they told me if receive a late fee if I can't in after my check in time. This made me rush my move and I didn't not get the total time that I paid for. When I called to leave a complaint to UHaul, was was told that I would not be able to get a refund straight from UHaul, but only from the man I just spent an hour and a half trying to rent from, and there is no way on earth he would let that happen. It's totally ruined my day and wasted my time. Thank you for nothing.Jared H.

Absolute WORST experience EVER! The lady working at the pickup location had no idea what to do and spent over an HOUR on the phone trying to figure out how to issue truck. Finally after waiting over an hour she issued keys without any type of information about drop off location or time.Jason B.

I have reserved a unsullied product twice in the last 6 months. Both times the online reservation system made the reservation confirmed. When I showed up to pick up the product, it wasn't there. That starts a wild goose chase to find something similar and run all over town wasting time. Get it together... don't reserve it if you don't have it.Brandon F.

I had a very poor experience with UHaul I had to drive an extra 31 miles to get this 10 ft truck. My original request for Etowah,TN location but they would only give me a 20ft. But held a 15ft for another person that rented that day, mine was requested the day before.Rachelle M.

Educate your dealers on customer satisfaction and service and proper way in doing their paper work and getting photo copies of drivers licences for personel use. And using profanity in front of customers. And he was taking too long in checking me out. He was checking everybody else out in his gas station. I had the app downloaded and everything on my phone, pick up was at convenient store. Clerk/owner was very nice, pick up time was 4:30 I arrived at 4:35, didn't get out of there with moving truck till 5:15 so we were there for 45 minutes, even though everything was on my phone very frustrating it was supposed to be an easy in/check out with phone.Ginger W.
Don't bait and switch on the customers ,we shopped around and saw that they offered .59 per mile during the week and .79 on weekends we looked at our contract once we got home and discovered it read .79 per mile. This was a Tuesday.I called and was told that the price had changed and they couldn't do anything about it.I am very disappointed in not having any recourse or compassion from this store .Reginal M.

Both trucks I drove were in dire need of some maintenance. The first truck shook badly at highway speed and the roof leaked. Hence the reason I drove more than one. The second truck needed a tuneup and front wheels balanced. Also shook badly ay highway speed. Overall I dont believe I will be rent from uhaul for a very long time unless your owners do some routine maintenance on their vehicles.Chris R.

The set up here is terrible. This is a very busy convenience store and there was only one person working. He had to take care of customers coming in to make purchases and could only deal with me when he had no other customers. The computer would not accept the return because I brought the truck in a day early. He was confused by this issue and then tried to resolve it while waiting on his other customers. I will say he tried but it took over 30 minutes to return the truck. That is a ridiculous amount of time. I will not return to that location in the future.Mark C.

The location at sales person had no time to take care of my rental, even though there was no one else at the store. She didn't let me do the inspection, I did not sign anything about no insurance or about the damages, or even about the rental itself. No training.Joanne B.

When the uhaul rep called he said I should hurry to get to the location before they closed. I rushed and the clerk started on my rental but each time a customer came in for gas or others items, she would stop the rental process. She made a mistake on the rental and had to start over. So what would have been a 5 min process was prolonged to about 25 minutes. After twenty minutes I asked politely if she could please finish as I needed to meet the movers. She said in front of others customers, "No. The customers come first." I said I am a customer and she replied "you are not our main customers these people come first." She then explained that she was only doing uhaul as a favor to uhaul. Needless to say I would never use this location again. On a secondary note she said they rent uhaul a till 9 pm which uhaul probably needs to know to update the hours.Michael O.
