Helene PearnAppointment was at 8am - they didn’t arrive until 810am - I called the 800 number at 805am and they told me that I needed to go to a different location to get a truck. It all worrkes out well but the confusion at your 800 number was not okay and not being open at 8am wasn’t either.

William Ipwanted to exchange the unit for a bigger trailer but I had to go thru damn phone call after phone calls for a replacement, which to me is BULLSHIT,,,,Next time going with a different vendor....
David SlimI am absolutely FURIOUS!!! I showed up at the scheduled time, and there was nobody there. I called the phone number on a sign, and the guy said that he was off site. I was paying a mover to help me, and ended up waiting and paying him for an extra 30 minutes. When the guy finally returned to rent the truck to us, we had to wait even longer, as the truck had not been checked in the night before (we arrived at noon). He supposedly checked the truck out, but there was trash in it and 3 warning lights (low tire pressure, oil, and another one I didn't recognize). There was only 1/4 tank of gas. I told him that I would return the truck in an hour and he informed me that he would be gone until 1:30. I adjusted my day to bring it back when he was there, but again the gate was locked. He saw us pull up but stayed a block away with his girlfriend instead of checking in the truck. When I saw the charges, I was IRATE!!! I was quoted $19.95 + $1/mile (we drove it a total of 8 miles). My card was charged $48.44 and another $25.87!!!! Unacceptable! Do NOT waste your time and money at this unprofessional place!!!

Rob SpykstraThe place looked kind of sketchy, lots of junk everywhere. It's also a locked lot that you can't walk into like a place that is open for business. However, the lady that checked us in was very nice. The guy that hooked it up for us was very nice too. Then we returned it after less than 24 hours use. The guy that was in the locked lot when we got there stood on the other side of the gate, leaving us locked out and told us we'd only be charged for one day because we returned it in less than 24 hours. Then he told us to just drop it at the edge of the road outside the locked lot and he'd process the check in for us later. He never let us in. We're capable, so we said ok and then he was gone. We rented the 6x12 so there's plenty of tongue weight. He didn't come out with a lift for the tongue or chalks for the tires. We found some large rocks in the area and put them under the tires and my husband lifted it up while I pulled out from under it. The guy was still nowhere to be seen to get a receipt or his name. We took pictures of both sides and the inside showing it was returned in good condition. When I got my receipt, we were charged for 2 days rather than 1. I called the lot 3 times but they never answered nor returned my voice mail. I finally called the corporate office and spoke with JoAnne who was fabulous. She said our contract showed it was returned 8/20 at 4:00 when it was actually returned 8/19 at 3:30. I forwarded the date stamped photos we took to her and she corrected it immediately. I would definitely never use this location again. In fact, I'll probably always make sure I go to one of the store front locations from now on.

Derry WhiteI did not have a furniture dolly. I did request the furniture pads but did not use them and the tab was never broken. The rest of this review is unrelated to the location. I had originally had a reservation at UTEX Self Storage - Loveland and received no notifications that my pick up was relocated approximately 40 minutes north of the location. This was very frustrating as this was unplanned and 40 minutes further from where I was moving from and to. I was then billed for the additional mileage and would like to receive a reduction of mileage charges.

Dylan JonesThank goodness we didn't drop the key in after hours slot before opening the app. Had to spend half hour with phone app taking photos, answering questionaire, restarting truck. Had already loaded the mountain of folded blankets (3 doz) in cab and locked them up. Had to remove to accomplish what Uhaul should pay their employee to do. Where is my pay and 1 moving help helper to assist me in ZERO degree weather? Would like a credit on my account for truck rental out of storage in next 2-6 weeks.

She met me as I returned with a smile and quickly completed my transaction. She inquired as to how my move went as well. She is the best!!!

Sean OmalleyPlaced a reservation for this trailer to be picked up in Greeley, CO a month before the reservation date. I was called one day before the reservation, and told that the trailer was in Fort Collins, CO, and that the only options for me where to pick it up and return it to Fort Collins, or cancel the reservation. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Woman on the phone was rude, and completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there wasn't one. Last time I will rent from U-Haul!!
