I was going to have to drive 25 minutes to a shady car dealer in Xenia, but Molly called me back to let me know that Wilmington had a truck. That, my friends, is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

jeffrey C.I confirmed at least three times that there would be an appliance dolly and there wasn't. i have tried to call your 1-800 number repeatedly and never get through. i deserve a refund for at least the dolly. i also had to drive 30 miles away from the nearest Uhaul place and pay for the extra gas for the truck. Every time i use Uhaul i say this is the last time but this is definitely the last time. don't know how i would be expected to move appliances without a dolly when i paid for and confirmed it three times!

ERIC W.We requested a dolly but one was not in truck at pickup. I called customer service and she was removing it from order but I'm still being charged $21 for it. Also the wrong truck keys was in the lock box causing a huge delay for us.

TIMOTHY R.The glass windshield had a big crack when we received it. Seems very unsafe honestly. If too much pressure from driving it'll shatter I am sure. That needs replaced. The breaks were awful. Had to stomp on them to break. And the steering wheel / tires weren't aligned at all. The uhaul we had wasn't great.

david S.We returned the truck clean and was charged for cleaning. We removed any and all trash if any and swept the truck out. We were told if truck was clean we would not be charged for cleaning. Sad!!

JACOB W.The online process to get the lock box key was not working so we called Uhaul and spent 30 minutes trying to get more information. We spoke to a representative who did not understand what we were trying to accomplish. Toward the end of the call (after 25 minutes of being put on hold and speaking with him), he asked “So what do you need help with again?†The whole process was long and cumbersome. By the time we got the lock box code, we were 40 minutes into the 6 hours we were allowed to use the truck. We will not being using Uhaul again unless the issues are resolved.
