Latrina K.The service was fine, Uhaul on the other hand charged me $128 for a one way 6x12 cargo trailer, It was advertised for $28 a day, I picked it up on a Thursday and returned to my destination the next day less than 24 hrs. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again, very mis leading charges and my credit card was charged for $128, but on my final receipt it shows amount charged was $29.?? â€"- that charge never appeared on my card, and this is over a week later, and also I never received a paper copy of my contract due to uhaul couldn't get it to go through ( kept getting an error in their system). I was sent down the road with the trailer and was told that uhaul had my information, and may I add an extra $100 as well ????
