Too much online stuff, renting was slow due to multiple add offers for a multitude of products. when I select a product it wasn't available at pickup time. The inspection process was inadequate on a cell phone.WILLIAM H.

I feel like Uhaul and particularly this location purposely misleading and deceitful. Advertising truck rentals for $29.99 and not mentioning the additional fees and charges. I was never told to replace the gas. I knew I would be charged for mileage but it was local and estimated before with a price quoted. I didn't go over my miles but to my surprise my $29.99 truck rental was almost $100!RYAN H.

LOW marks throughout in order for Quality Control (QC) to investigate. While immediate concern would not be this location, a QC look a the Corp HQ down the road will be better served. I had a billing dispute (noted in system requesting reduced mileage rate as entertained by previous management) denoted within the Online Application upon turning truck in which indicated that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours -- YET I received a notification that I had been charged in FULL the very next day - still no call to address dispute? Also, believe wording on all U-Haul equipment would be better served as clear of clutter VICE "clean" as they are not clean (note: I do try and adhere to the word "clean" when I return, within reason to include sanitize, wipe up & down, sweep etc...). I found in my particular truck upon initial inspection a smoked cigar and under the seats a lighter (equipment did not smell of smoke, so I disposed of items as I was already well past my planned scheduled of events for that day). I reserved my vehicle well in advance at the Corp HQ in JAXNC only to receive a text notification 11 minutes after their posted closing time and a day before the morning I was to pick up vehicle that there was no equipment available (and my reservation would ultimately be cancelled - note: I did not receive text real time) and then almost in same setting (text) that my equipment reservation was in fact re-routed to this location (i.e. Iron Guard) however, it would not be ready at 0800 a.m. as previously scheduled but rather 2:00 p.m. That morning the time was modified at Corp HQ upon in person inquisition to 1030 a.m. which was appreciated I guess, although your rep was very non-chalant and looked as she was without a care in world (this is not the customer service I believe your CEO would expect). Lastly, in addition to my dispute, I also noted in Online App that there was a U-Haul dolly in the back of the truck (not requested as I had my own) and I was directed to stage vehicle after turn in certification where I initially moved the equipment from however, there are NO locks on these trucks provided -- and once left by customer someone could take the dolly and I AM QUITE sure the customer would have to deal with fall out -- another QC area of concern. Just provided all of the aforementioned to assist myself (concerns & inconvenience) as well as your organization at large. I can be contacted at phone number on file.RICHARD E.

I was charged for 2 dollys and furniture pads I did not receive. I would recommend getting furniture pads and dolly's put in the trucks or not advertising them if the store does not carry them.JASON A.
The 2 ladies in the office were great! I came in needing a truck ASAP. We miscalculated on what we needed for an across town move and came up short. It took us an hour to pick up a trailer we had already reserved online. The girl at the desk had no idea what she was doing and kept having to wait for help. The whole process took way longer then it needed to. Then we finally get hooked up to the trailer and the lights don't work. So we have to change trailers and then go back in where neither employee knew how to change the equipment in the system. So once again, waiting for help. This location wasn't the original drop off location. The location I picked couldn't accommodate my rental. Even though nobody gave the staff a heads up I was coming, they were very welcoming and accommodating. Arrived to rent a truck and there was a paper note on the door for a break time. Customers see on the website the hours of operation then arrive to find it closed, even for lunch is aggravating. Had to go home, wait, then call, leave our number then wait for a call back to book this truck. Way too many steps!!!!Darin W.

We turned the equipment at night when we got settled into our hotel room. The staff promptly receipted for the equipment when they opened which tells me that they know what equipment they have in inventory.Alfredo U.
Employee/attendant lacked customer service, when asking for assistance with while using mobile pick-up and drop off process she treated us as if we were incompetent before actually helping. No assisting just prolonging. Not a good experience when your just trying to get going for your move. Other than that there was no issues.Abegail D.
