The store owner was very helpful in instructing me to the key drop box. The online representatives at Uhaul.com were very professional and helpful in helping me close out my truck rental agreement. I was mostly impressed with the U-haul app and notification system. It was very user friendly.Michele B.

Not having done this before it was very difficult to navigate the system. I was able to call in for help which got me through the process but still not easy.Gary D.
The app sucks. Took 20 minutes to get information verified standing in the cold. Someone other than U-Haul for my next rental. Ordered moving blankets and a furniture dolly and none of it was in the vehicle. App would not take my picture of the dash at drop off so I finally gave up after 6 tries and left. 25 minute wait to notify customer service of my drop off. I'll go out of my way to useMARK A.

Please improve the app. I ordered in the app and many times I had to redo a task before I can move forward. The worst experience I've ever had was when I was returning it. The app would not let me pass after taking the picture of the odometer. I must've tried atleast 20-30 times. I had to return by 6 p.m and I was there 5:45 p.m and the app held me for 20 minutes making late for the return. A gentleman at the grocery store who was also a uhaul employee checked the truck for me from his end. He was off the clock. I do not recommend the app at all. Go in person. Oh and btw, waiting time for a customer service during this dilemma was 65 minutes.sargon C.
The truck was mostly clean. The cab had some sand in it which should have been vacuumed out. It was a very minor issue and did not affect my trip. Overall, I had no problems with the truck and I drove it for 1,200 miles.Michael N.

I am not sure if this was due to the location or if it was another individual, but I was wrongly charged for a cleaning charge. This charge was reversed due to an erroneous charge even though the truck was cleaner than when I picked it up. This was not a good experience. It felt as if the company was looking for any way to take advantage of the customer.AIDAN H.

Over charged me 25miles. Im an honest man. I can careless about the $30 its the principle. I need a moving truck next week for 4 days and i will no longer use Uhaul. Very disappointed.Matthew K.

The homeless man sleeping by the front door didn't help the overall experience. However, the bigger issue is the lack of assistance from the attendant on site. He told me that I needed to mark any damage on the text form that was sent to me or I would be responsible. When I asked him to come out and look at some of the damage he was hesitant to do so. Then he told me when he saw it that it wasn't an issue because it was marked with an "X" even though that isn't what he had told me inside. He was unable to show me how to connect the trailer, but I eventually figured it out. Of course, I was not forewarned that there would be no electrical connection for the lights, so I had to disconnect the trailer and go and buy that. Perhaps having some on site to buy would be helpful? Of course, I ordered the trailer for Wheaton, and had to drive all the way to Elgin to pick it up - so convenience to the customer isn't a high priority for UHaul in general apparently.Richard P.
This guy tried to tell me I have to pay $25 for the stuff that was on the floor from before I rented. He also was attempting to say we did damage but changed his tune when I tried to show video proof from pick-upBrian K.
