I wish I Never rented from this place. I rented a truck and was unable to get the keys from a lock box, no code was ever given to get the keys but I was charged for a rental truck I never used and when I called the number provided it says the caller is not taking calls at this time to try again later with no options to leave a voicemail. PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY

I was charged $60 the night I picked up the u-haul. while using it, i stalled in the middle of the road.. It did not want to go. I was on hold for road side assistance forever and finally tried to start the vehicle. I was able to get it back to the location after stalling multiple times in traffic. Then i received a "receipt" that i still owed 155$. I only used it in town. There was NO record of the 60 they took from me the night i picked it up. HORRIBLE experience.
The remote rental is a great idea. The iPhone APP was problematic. It kept timing out. It also rejected the picture of the mileage eight times. I actually had to use a different phone to complete the transaction.
The combination lock is a little tricky to unlock. The line and the letters do not line up exactly. Only a minor problem. Overall great experience. Thanks Michael
Katie Scott provided excellent customer service.She will be the reason I return to this store for future needs.
A person who work there as very helpful find a free month storage and I'm very appreciate with her helping I will keep my mind with this office in future
