Worst experience ever in life, after truck stop working on the road they toed the truck back and did not give me a new truck leaving me totally stranded on the road, i will never use you crappy vehicles again in life very much disappointing

MONIQUE GI think it would have been nice if the attendant would have shared information about returning the the could have been at any location. I did a 10 mile return and was less then 1 mile from a location in which I could have use. Makes me think this was a scam to make more off the clients.I had to ask for longer time to use the truck as well.She tried to rent it to me as a 4hr. Rental.

Chelsea SI arrived at drop off time , parked the truck and was told to move it to a different spot then was told to park it straighter than I had parked it . Handed the keys in and left. The vehicle was clean also but for some reason I was charged an additional $95....I have not yet found out why

Tarius TThe only concern I had was the passenger door seemed like it didn't close all the way like someone had previously tried to pry it open but it. But it did not open once i locked the doors but it had me worried when i was using it.

VICTOR GMove it. Staff too busy doing other business to mess with Uhaul. Also only one share computer. Didn't have my reservations confirmed. Over billed and had to correct it. Not a good place or interaction.
JOSEPH CThe lock did not open in order to get the keys. We called customer service and eventually had to ask for help from a nearby uhaul store. The uhaul employee jerry-rigged the opening but it was an hour passed when we needed to pick up the uhaul. By then it was too late and our movers had utilized their personal cars to move our stuff. We tried to talk to return the truck immediately and receive a refund but the Pick location (Inwood Postal Service) never opened, the nearby uhaul store declined, and the drop location sent us to customer service. I would be very cautious to use uhaul again based on our recent experience, the quality of the equipment, and the very poor customer service.

JAIME GMy truck was not ready for mobile pickup at scheduled time, even after I called to confirm the evening prior to pickup. So had to come back later to pick up my truck. Truck was not clean. Equipment was not ready.

viola JThe first problem i has was that i made an online reservation to pick up the truck at 9. I got to the location and they didn't open until 10. That was one hour wasted for me and all the people i was paying hourly to move me. Then once the employee showed up, i was told they didnt have my truck and i had to get another one. The employee tried to change the reservation to a different size truck multiple times until i was finally asked to make a new reservation online for the different size truck. In the end, it took me an additional 90 MINUTES to get this rental done on top of the hour i waited for them to open. 2 1/2 hours to rent a truck is absolutely ridiculous and if this was my first experience i would never use Uhaul again. I will say that the employee was very sweet and kind and apologetic. She was alone and she had only worked there a short time, and she was clearly doing her best with the limited knowledge she had with the rental software. Horrible experience, but it wasnt her fault. Because of all the confusion, when it came time to return my one way rental after hours, the reservation was showing me returning it to the pick up location, so i wasnt sure if i was supposed to drop off at my nearest location or spend an extra 80 miles to drive it back to the original store!! such a stressful nightmare!

Sedataious MDisappointed with UHaul. My reservation was mishandled by uhaul. I requested pickup close to my house. Went to pick up trailer and told to go to Antione store, My reservation was only preferred location. Did not receive a call since it was inputted incorrectly. Lost about 2 hrs today.

TONISHA RMy experience with Latasha was friendly and professional. I was happy to find the size truck I needed on short notice and they even staff assistant movers at very minimal fee. I was suprised to learn there were actual options for the move assistance. Although I didn't utilize the movers this time, I know exactly where to go even for small jobs. Excellent ????
