This location was closed for the day for team training!!! Uhaul knew I was coming. They represent uhaul and I was left at 11:30 am with a sign that indicated their closure, but no instructions on what to do or where the key drop off box was located. I waited on line for over 15 minutes in 41 degree temperature, ( yes, I was outside, because Interbay was Closed!). My friend checked us in on the mobile app while I was on hold. The correction I made at Vancouver, Wa when I picked up the truck apparently didn't take and I was charged $24 for fuel even though I had filled the tank to the 3/4 level which is where it was when I picked it up. After holding for 15+ minutes in the cold, Xavier in Georgia with Uhaul helped me out even though the computer system was slow. It took over 30 minutes to get the truck dropped off and we were trying to catch a train back to Vancouver. This is totally unacceptable. Interbay should have communicated to uhaul and CustomerService could have been served. As it was Interbay and uhaul's lack of coordination was PATHETIC.Darryl K.

All went well. Would rent again from Uhaul at Interbay Storage Center.Sara S.
- When I rented the vehicle, the app photos to approve did not match my vehicle. For instance the roof had a large dent and a scratch, but the photos i was asked to approve did not show this dent and scratch. Additionally the yellow stick-on tabs on the top of the uhaul roof were in the photo but not on my vehicle. - I chose to use the truck share app to pick up my vehicle, because I wanted to get my keys quick and easy and avoid any lines. When I arrived my app said go to the counter and get your keys by showing the uhaul rep this screen on your phone. The rep ignored my screen and said he was gonna finish doing a reservation before he helps me. So, I waited anyways. I got my keys at 10:40 a.m. - I returned my vehicle at 10:40 a.m. the next day. The location said they would charge me $150 for bumping a different reservation that was scheduled to use my vehicle at 10:00 a.m. They said they would reduce the fee to a single day's rental after a lengthy discussion. - The location charged me $20 for cleaning, for a tiny amount of dirt that would have been able to be removed with one swipe of a broom. They said they had photos of my vehicle before and it was more clean. Again, these photos were not accurate because there was a dent on the roof not shown in my photos. I have rented uhaul vehicles about once a week, for a year, and this was the only bad experience and the only time I've rented from this location. I will definitely not rent at this location again and will not recommend the location to anyone. The fees they charged afterwards are beyond unreasonable. Fortunately I photographed and marked the dent on the roof at my pickup because they surely would have charged me for someone elses damage. If they were so thorough in my return, then how did they miss the dent on the reservation before mine? Oh and I was told they don't actually have the capabilities to do the truck share app. I asked why I was given the option for this app at their location then, and the representative said because I ordered the day of. This makes no sense, but it was the least of this locations problems.CODY V.
The truck doesn't shift between rpm well. Not safe to operate on freeways had to use 99 since speed was slower. Operated better when truck was empty.Tor W.

The rental software system was down, but my customer service agent called tech support and she managed to walk the tech support guy through the rental process. Without her keen ingenuity, I wouldn't have been able to get my truck rental. Kudos!MARK T.

The truck had significant body damage that had not been repaired (several noted dents and scrapes, some new), the gas tank had been siphoned and was completely empty, which I was informed happens regularly. If something is a known problem, I would expect UHaul to take the necessary steps to keep the equipment up to a basic standard. That being said, the location is very convenient and staff very friendly and helpful, it's just a shame the company doesn't do more to protect and maintain their vehicles.Sara K.

Grace was a lifesaver! She assisted me with booking a 10' truck after another Uhaul location closed their doors 30 minutes prior to the online close time and left me hanging. I was able to come in a little after hours since she stayed after to help me. I was driving all the way from Magnussen Park which was 30 minutes in good traffic. I was stressed and Grace was so kind and generous with her time to help out another person at the last minute. I don't think I could have called a better Uhaul location. 5 star service and check-in and drop off after hours was super easy! Thank you, Grace!!!MALALAY S.

Wow!!! Michelle was amazing. As well as Grace two amazing ladies Rockin it!!! I had a 26' U-Haul truck that I hauled from Florida to Washington. The storage space was super clean and spacious. These ladies GO totally out of their way to help in any needs possible. I was helped with last minute movers. And they were recommended Great!!!! These ladies are knowledgeable, helpful and GO out of their way to help you resolve anything you may need. I am so thankful I found this storage place. I was able to leave my rental truck their. The website process was horrible. Checking in to get the van took longer and was more trouble than going in to meet with the person working, who you have to meet with at the end anyway. A lot of time wasted trying to get the website to work for a more complicated pickup. Dropping off was even worse, the website froze or just had some issue kicking me out and I had to try to complete the return 4 times before it finally went through. This included retaking every single picture and answering every question again. It was also glitchy the entire time, sometimes you'd answer a question and the page would look like it just went to another page, then when you interact again it's in another part of the page you were initially on. I tried multiple browsers and almost another phone, I've never had such a problem with a website before and truly hope it was a random issue.Dustin B.

Michelle and her staff at this location were wonderful. What I didn't like was the app. It allowed me to reserve a vehicle for 9:am when that facility didn't open until 9:30am That location placed there vans in a secured lot so I was not able to retrieve the van with your "scan and go self checkout". There was so much wrong with this app that I would rather rent a van or truck from one of the car rental company.FRANCES R.

I was in Seattle to move my daughter from one apartment to another, which can be a very stressful time. Michelle helped us rent and return a van with her professional and accommodating manner. I was charge for two days?? The drop off time was incorrectly recorded on my invoice. It was returned at 5:15pm not after hours. The uhaul was also in very poor condition.Mark B.
Picking up and dropping off my U-haul at this location was easily my best u-haul experience ever. The Uhaul app is terrible. During return I took photos of odometer and fuel meter and clicked continue. It was not uploading pics and throwing an error. I tried several times, called customer care and after wasting my time for 30 min, tried the return on uhaul website on the browser. It worked. The app is very bad. I was amazed at how easy this was! It was especially impressive that the information about the truck (like mileage, fuel status) was already populated when I did the self check-in. Everything went smoothly. I think it might be helpful to mention to people doing self check-in that they may need a second form of identification, like a passport, if they are not moving with someone else. Thankfully I did have someone else, but I certainly didn't have my passport on me.Erin B.
