Did not have equipment

Did not know the key was in a lock box. Picture indicated that key was on the back of the truck. Delayed my move over an hour.

I ordered a dolly along with my last rental of a 10ft truck but when I showed up to pick it up, there was none. I didn't have time to contact customer service because I had to rush to move the equipment that I scheduled to pick up any way. So this was very disappointing and made moving the heavy equipment harder.
