This guy runs this location out of his house. There was weed on the kitchen table. Dogs everywhere, and the house was very dirty. He keeps the equipment out in a field. Was very muddy that day and I nearly got stuck bringing the trailer out. I would not recommend this location.Kelley F.

I arrived at this location with nobody to answer the the door the first few times I tried. I called and honked my horn. After a few minutes I saw someone at the door, it was a young teenage boy who said his parents were probably out shopping but want sure. I told him I made a reservation and he gave me permission to take the small trailer. I arrived back two hours later with the owner screaming at me and the family. I noticed right away this guy was drunk. His wife tried to calm him down several times with no success. He said I improperly checked it out, screaming who's going to pay for it. I told him I wanted to call my wife because she made the reservation and entered our credit card information. I ended the conversation with my wife after I confirmed with her it didn't charge my card. I then calmed the guy down and went into his residence to help him enter the information into the computer. He did end up apologizing before I left. This is the worst experience I've had renting or purchasing anything!! I will next time, look to a different location.Eugene K.

When you walked into this person house it smelled like dog feces and urine then he has dogs jumping on you and barking the whole time your trying to pick up your rental . Then he proceeded to tell me he doesn't have the extra items I picked with the uhaul.when he can't get the computer to work right he began cussing and gets mad . I left covered in dog hair and sick from the smell .sedena A.

The location proprietor went and got the truck size we needed from another town. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely recommend his location and will return when I need to rent a Uhaul product again.julie K.

This is my 3rd u-haul rental through several different U hauls. Each experience been horrible. Takes way too long to rent the equipment. The people renting the equipment seemed to have no idea what they're doing. The prices seem to keep getting higher and higher.JENNIFER H.

Well this drop off location is someones home. Very awkward. Was not home at time of drop off. But he did call back immediatly and told me to leave truck and key. I cleaned the truck. Except for rhe cigerette ash. Made it very hard in truck because I'm allergic to cigerette smine ans ash. Truck was swept out. Left it with more gas than pick up.Jennifer C.

I changed my pick up location and size trailer at the last minute - both this location and Uhaul customer support (her name was Rhonda) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Such a pleasant change from customer support in general these days. Big thumbs up to both.Wayne M.
No issues whatsoever, but the location was a personal residence, and I wasn't even sure it was the right place when I got there, be it not for a small sign I saw. The gate was closed, but probably due to the time of day. The drop off was quick, uneventful, and the person there was courteous and helpful.Larry E.

The truck has "Change Oil" light immediately upon starting and he simply said to push the reset button and it would go away. The Check engine light lit up a few miles later with the same "Change Oil" warning. Later the change oil light began blinking and I had to take it to another dealer to exchange the truck. The location was difficult to find because it was a private residence, and we happened to see the truck sitting under a tree and took a guess that was the place.Robert M.

I called the "800" number first and spoke with a SALESLADY who told me when I asked that she worked off commission and overpriced my needs. I spoke with the gentleman who ran the location (REAL AMERICA) closest to where I actually needed the truck and he was GREAT!! Truck worked OK for my daughters wedding. Suggestion, make certain that the fuel gauge is functioning properly as we discovered about 35 miles into our trip that it didn't function at all. The engine oil level was also 1 quart low.REX F.
