I've rented cars many times, but this is the first time I've ever been charged a cleaning fee. My rental was supposed to have one day free and 100 miles free, but there was no proper explanation on the receipt.
JEA LMake sure you watch for when they are at lunch before heading out. They have it listed, just keep it in mind.

Jimmy WExceptional customer service! Very sensitive to customers needs. This has been our most difficult move, but the staff of UHaul has gone above and beyond to help us however they could.
JAMES CNo one was there to receive during hours and they asked that I drop off the U-Haul and they would send a receipt based on camera footage, didn't get that instruction till calling them. Rude when I asked questions; like I was suppose to know that I just drop it off and no one was going to be there to receive the unit. Door to office was blocked by a ordiment of some sort and there was no notice or instruction on drop off procedure until I called to ask. Seemed awkward and weird. I was hesitant to just drop of a unit at an unattended location but time did not allow me to hunt another place to return.
KEVIN LI was unable to get in touch with anyone at this location. I have no real way to judge how I liked it.

peggy bI wish they would have given us a break on some of the days once I rented it in N.C. I ended up in the CICU in N.C. hospital where I almost died so that's why it was delayed in getting to Texas. I was there from Monday (Martin Luther King Day) till the following Friday. I wasn't able to do anything for 6 days then my husband got there to load up and bring me and trailer home. He tried to explain to get s break but they wouldn't hear it. Some times things happen way beyond your control. In my case I was bleeding to death. Y'all need to take emergency hospital stays should be given some discount since was an act of God. Thank you. We will continue to us U-haul in the future.??
Penney Lkeep up the good work! I use U-Haul fairly often, best people, best equipment, always a good experience, never a hassle. Whichever agent I use; Innovative Solutions; John's U Haul of Midland; Dave's NAPA always good, and always fun, 'specially with John.

Tyrone TI had reserved a uhaul the night before picking up. When I arrived at pick up store on wall street in Midland TX. The trailer was not there. The representative that I talked to was absolutely disrespectful to myself and the customer who had the trailer. He then called another uhaul supplier and said they had a trailer for me. When I arrived at that location to pickup trailer. They didn't have one either. So I had waisted my gas, my time trying to get a trailer that I had reserved. I ended up getting a trailer van, which was not what I agreed to pay for or what I wanted or told what I was getting. Got charged two times for a hitch!!! And now have been billed almost $200 for a horrible service!!!!
