Place was a closed storage area and inaccessible when not dropping off during normal business hours. Not convenient as a drop off location.

Return location has limited space at front gate which is a traffic safety issue it trailer sticks out onto rd.

William BMy whole entire experience was completely horrible and I will never use u haul or will I tell anyone I know to use u haul I feel like you guys pretty much robbed me due to the fact that I drove your truck 4 miles do to what I was trying to do not going very well and was still charged full price your employee was nice and even told me they thought I would get refunded all my money back for the point that I seriously didn't use the truck picked it up and it was parker the whole time.. I had to wait a whole day to get my deposit back cause you system was down so I came back the next day and your employee I could tell felt horrible to tell me that I was being charged over 70 Dollars for seriously driving the truck 4 miles and there was nothing she could do. To me that's horrible customer service and I promise I will never use your company for anything ever again and I will make sure no one I know does either
