Extremely hard to find as it serves primarily as a storage area and there is no signage leading you to the entrance. I drove past it twice before my GPS was saying "you have arrived. I got out of truck and fortunately was greeted by a very nice woman. Need signage off the road and at entrance.

I prefer this place to all others. The gals up front have amazing customer service and are always friendly. Google always sends me to other places when I book online. Rent trucks and storage at Innerspace. They are exceptional!

Wrong questions. My overall experience was terrible because I filled out all the rental forms online for the Scottsdale Road Location to rent my trailer for 7:30. After reviewing my CC & License, I was sent to Inner Space which doesn't open until 8:00. All the information I'd supplied was re-entered by the folks at Inner Space. Why???? Terrible system. (Very nice people) But again, get it together!! Why all the double / triple info?

Correct your error. It's not the customer fault the truck had no gas cap. When we called, they said they were too busy to bring one to us. (3 miles away)

Based on the suggestions provided, I was unable to fit my 1 bedroom apartment in one trip which increased my cost and trips to complete my move. Was unable to drop truck off at a different location after I had specified that on the reservation as my needs. I would have saved money on fuel and milage had my needs been satisfied.

Truck was about 5 hours late. But it was great that Uhaul and Inner Space worked to get us another truck and a free upgrade to a bigger one.

The return location wasn't any better. It was in a sketchy part of town, difficult to find because it's half hidden. The mini storage reeked of smoke. It was very unpleasant. Again, clueless on how to close out the transaction on the uhaul website properly so it took FOREVER to return the truck. I never have a problem when I pick up and drop off at an actual UHAUL location. This was the most frustrating experience EVER and I will never use a non UHAUL store again.

The manager, the man was purposely not answering my questions and being sarcastic. I was stunned by his rudeness to me. When I asked about the rental truck he was condescending and aggressive towards me. It was uncalled for because I was very pleasant and asked him several questions which he sarcastically replied in an annoyed manner. He repeatedly was condescending trying to make me look like an idiot. I did not appreciate the way he treated me today. Very unprofessional and not something that should be representative of your company.It was a stressful day for me but he added to the stress by his terrible attitude. He was not helpful and I think he needs a customer service lesson. His wife was great but he has a "power and control" issue. He made me wait on purpose and instead of being courteous he said derogatory comments to me. I would like a call from your company because I am really in shock over what happened today.

The uhaul was horribly dirty. It wouldn't have been an issue if it was just the outside but the inside was a dusty mess with hair everywhere. Got our couches so dirty. Not happy.

Refused to buy back extra boxes. Took more than 30 mins to get checked out with no other customers. Very slow poor service.

The location was uneducated with U-Haul policies and when I returned it he was rude and blamed ME for his employees shortfalls, like not writing mileage down before the trip, not giving all the right papers, not telling him I was dropping the truck of early (???), and then hung up on me three times. I conference called a U-Haul rep onto the line and even she understood my issues and was VERY helpful. She stated to him that he still hadn't checked the truck in and it had been OVER 24 HOURS! He said not till I get paid.... I paid when I picked it up but because he didn't have the starting mileage written down he wanted me to pay for that as well.

The truck broke down, the driveline fell out the bottom. For this I was charged DOUBLE the agreed upon rate instead of merely refunded for having to wait outside for over an hour in the 110 plus hear. What a complete and total sham! Shame in you Uhaul.

I picked up originally from the 304 n. Hayden location originally and the lady didn't have the correct keys to get the truck to turn on. She was extremely unhelpful in helping me correct the situation and couldn't even give me an address to another uhaul "down the street" that I should go to. Showed up at the 73rd st location and was able to get help from Sergio, who was awesome. However by the time it got sorted with the traffic dept at corporate It was over an hour after id showed up for my rental. I had to run around between locations and was an hour later to my move than anticipated. When I returned the truck I then came home to see I was double charged! Unreal.
