Don't use dealers like the one I had a reservation at that closed an hour early, 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up.
Steven GIt was kind of out of the way to rent as we were leaving from Lake Jackson not Angleton. And we did rent it from a tire place kind of ironic that we were delayed for 3 hours because of a tire blowing out on the truck… It would have been much better if U-Haul would put cruise control in the vehicles … we had a nightmarish time with the trip, just glad we made it home alive
Rodney MEquipment dispatched was defective, had to get autocarrier replaced, causing a full day’s delay in move. Also the truck itself was filthy!

TAMMY BFirst time using this location, they were friendly, helpful and got me in and out with the trailer very quickly.
Michael WAgain, we were unable to check in through the mobile app. Had to do this manually through the "boy" who was the only one working there. Then we were charged extra mileage which we absolutely did not have. We were 20 miles less than what was afforded us.

Louis POn time check out of equipment. It took 4+ days and 5+ calls to the Uhaul 1800 number for me to be able to check out the equipment. I called the store several times and even went there in person and I still couldn't get help.
Stephanie OEverything was efficient and went smoothly. I only have one suggestion, they should have better outdoor security lighting, it is very dark there.

James WI was not happy that I had to drop off here, when I picked up the truck, drop off location was supposed to be open. I had already filled the gas tank to the same level as pick up. I went to a local uhaul location which was only like 3 miles away and was told I could not return here. Instead I had to drive an extra 15 miles and get charged for 1/16th of gas because some one put in this location as dropoff. It was very inconvenient.

Christian SEquipment was nonfunctional (electrical didn’t work). New equipment was issued but not changed in the system resulting in me spending an hour on the phone trying to work out the issues after an after hours return. The app also didn’t function properly. You guys need to get things figured out. What a pain!
