Herdev sThis location is a side job for the owner. She leaves the location to run her other business. She converted my rental to a 24/7 rental and I had to get my truck through an app and when I returned the truck she cursed and was extremely disrespectful. I will never rent from that location ever again.

I would encourage Indy Rental and Sales to continue to make the smaller rental vehicles available as people like me often need a smaller rental to move just one or two items that are too big to fit in a car. Alohna WShop owner was rude and dismissive, ignored me and talked with other guests whom she knew personally. It made me very uncomfortable that I was interrogated about why the name on my debit card didn’t match the name on my ID because I’m Trans and underwent a legal name change. The shop was messy and unkempt, a dog was running around destroying boxes and chewing them up.

Billy FOverall I’m am very disappointed with your rental agreement. The stated 19.99 rental rate is for a 24 hour period yet give you space to choose the amount of time needed to rent the vehicle … if you are renting the truck for 24 hours why should I have to choose a time needed such as 5 hours and why should I be barged an additional fee I am late returning the truck 2 hours after because of unforeseen circumstances. The rental rate is for a 24 hour period… PERIOD. These in my opinion are tactics you use to garner more money from your customers especially when the Uhaul I rented from had another same sized truck still sitting there when I returned with my truck … not happy at all with this situation since I even returned the truck with more gas than was in it with I got it .
