The in charge of the truck let me to wait for 45 minutes. And I reserve the truck at 34th street Lubbock only to find out I don't have truck on the day I need it. They said I have a truck available at Amarillo which is 2 hrs drive from Lubbock. Are you serious with all your customers? I am not satisfied with the pick up location and I have a horrible day the time I pick up the truck.
