I would make sure the u huals are equipped with all season tires. My u hual rental truck was from Arizona and had summer tires. I live In Montana and the 1st little bit of snow, I didn't have a chance. The tires just spun the whole time and I was forced to pull off the hwy, come to find out the truck does not have hazard lights. All season tires would have made a big difference.

I'm confused why I got a surprise after the fact after hours charge when I had no body meet me or help me unload the trailer. I could see if somebody actually showed up to meet me, but this wasn't the case. I would have probably just hauled it Friday if I knew this was going to happen.

Nothing. Thompson falls indoor outfitters was very helpful, quick and customer oriented. Would definetely recomend anyone in the area. They have another business to run but are very attentive to the Uhaul side of things and are great to deal with
