The only problem I had was that the back left tire kept losing air and I kept getting an indicator light stating "Low tire pressure". I had to fill the tire up multiple times for fear it would flat or blow. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!! Thanks ðŸ˜ŠCandeace N.

Considering my storage company completely folded and I had to find another company with my items in the truck and my scheduled time running out, they were perfect! They advised me on how to proceed when I had to extend the time because of conditions beyond my control. The cost of the extra miles was included in my final bill. When I made an inquiry for a two day lease, I was told the rental fee was â€œaround $84. Which, it was. But I did not expect the $0.79 charge per mile nor the $28 insurance charge which I did not know you could exclude that. I wish all the fees would have been explained up front. I was not expecting this lease to cost over two hundred dollars for a two day rental. I feel like I was raked over the coals and will not ever be using Uhaul again.anthony C.

The engine or transmission on the vehicle I was using was not functioning properly about half way through the trip. It started great and ran fine but about halfway through, the engine was not running properly on idle. but also when I tried to change gear it was not changing. in transit, when trying to accelerate it sputtered and was jerky not accelerating properly.TYLER H.
The truck was dirty inside and had some left over wiring scraps in the bed. The site has a box for the keys, but not good signage to direct you to it for pick up. At the end of the rental I went to drop the keys in the dropbox, but they would not fit because of the keyfob, so I had to make another trip to drop the keys off the next morning. I was told that they knew about this, but failed to warn anyone about it, so there were no plans told to me about an alternate location to leave the keys.Guy L.
I did an after hour drop-off. I did not have any contact with personnel. The after hour drop off procedures need to be updated. This is my 3rd time renting a uhaul within the past month and when I'm trying to do my returns, the system cannot locate my location to complete the return. I've had to use another person's device to complete the return. I have wasted at least 20 minutes each time. Please fix this issue.Lisa A.

Uhaul called to change the location of our reservation the day before, because the location we reserved the equipment at was no longer available. At the new location, they did not have some of the equipment we needed. We will not be using Uhaul again.Cooper B.

They told me on the phone I could drop it off to any location in Loganville after using the vehicle when I picked up the vehicle there was no mention of needing to drop it to a specific location we went to a few places to try to drop it off ...One said they were open online the manager wasn't there...and one we went to said we actually had to drop it off at the specific location so we went there and they said this happens more often than people think....So if it keeps happening why not let people know you CAN NOT return to any location it has to be a specific one this would have saved me over an hour trying to figure out where to even take the truck.....That was the only set back the truck itself was nice no problems driving it...Thanks.kerry S.

When I showed up to pickup the truck they had no clue what I was talking about. Then I had reserved a 20' truck and all they had were two 17' trucks on the lot. I drive a 40' truck every day so I know when I'm being lied to. Next I had reserved 2 furniture dollies and they didn't have any also the appliance hand truck was not even close to a real one it was a very standard hand truck you wouldn't be able to move a refrigerator with. Also charged me for a 2 day rental when I reserved it for a one day 24hr. Rental. So I would not and will not recommend this facility to anyone ever.Gary R.

1st of all I am due a refund for $40. Also I need to know if the Uhaul Dealer charged me 2 times on my card. First I had rented a 24ft contract did. 2ndly my husband said we do not need a truck this big. So I rented a 17ft truck & a 2nd charge I believe went through. So I need to be refunded the 2nd charge + the $40 due to be because the dealer closed out the 24ft instead of the 17ft truck. I need someone in your Corporate to call me immediately after receiving this notice. Also UHAUL should service their trucks regularly. The truck I rented was slow in accelerating. I like Uhaul but it seem like you will rent customers a truck when I know that the person who rent the truck know that the truck have issues. I use to work for UHAUL in Cobb County. I resigned here because the manager @ that time was not concerned, about the quality of the truck that was on the lot So please call me @ 678-754-1831 about the double charge on my card & the money that should be credited back to my card.
