Jacki MoreauWas forced to return the equipment to another location than I agreed to. Proprietor was rude and accused me of a minor dimple in a fender which I denied. How does she come to this conclusion? She never saw this trailer before and the trailer appeared quite old. I will never do business with dealer and will advise others of my experience.

Al RoseIF Needed, i was disappointed that hey didn't have my reservation because I did call to make sure they saw it in the system. But somehow, it was a quote and not an actual request. I am not sure how I didn't make clear what I wanted. I thought I was reserving the truck> All ended well, I still got my truck it just took about 45 minutes longer than it should have.

Barbara MeyersThe trucks steering was loose, you need to have the trucks mechanical systems checked more frequently.
Paul TkoyRelocate to a location with good cell phone reception. It took us hours to finally get someone on the phone who would give us the lock code. Then another 45 minutes to get the lock open because it was frozen shut. The truck was horrible to drive. It was way out of alignment, pulled hard to the left. It was a very bad experience overall.

Jim WalkerThe truck cab had an odd smell to it at pick-up; I was later told I smelled strongly of gas fumes after driving for 4 hours. An air vent was broken and the hood came released at some point during the drive. Fortunately, the safety latch held.
