Rental location changed due to requesting an hour earlier and I had rented a utility dolly but it wasn’t on the truck. No one was there to help.

If you are in need of an U-Haul, this is the place to get it from. In and Out printing service is very professional, helpful and had a great attitude. I had to call at night and He answered the phone and gave me instructions. Exceptional service! . Now the app is garbage, it kept changing my time. But the gentlemen, handled everything for me. Truly a great experience

Elizabeth BI rented online with a pick up address in college park. Upon arriving at the college park address, i later found out that the cargo van was located at a town 4 miles north of what was rented. These extra miles added to to cost if the rental. I only needed was 1 miles apart. So two miles of distance turned into 10 miles upon the reopen of the Virgil’ vehicle

Charlotte MI believe the after hour process is a bit frustrating.. my credit card and license info was given online prior to pick up.. I had no Clue I’d have to spend 40 min just trying to sign up for a key because no one was there. It should be more informal to what u will have to do beforehand. Also the lock was ridiculously hard to open to get the key. The van was not that clean either. Good thing I only needed for an hour . I made it work tho . Thank you.

Monica SI had no interaction at the drop off location as I dropped off the vehicle after hours. However the drop off application worked well.
WILLIAM MHonor the original booking fees and insurance options if Uhaul needs to change the pickup/dropoff location. Not allow the site to change the customer order without speaking to the customer nor after the customer has already checked the vehicle back in.
