There was a bag of trash in the uhaul and the chains were not connected properly which caused one to break during travel.

Roger BI had a horrible experience with this location! While I was trying to lock the key in the lock box the "owner"of the business stole the key and called me inappropriate names. I had to call police to make a police report that the keys were stolen from me so I wouldn't be liable for the uHaul going missing. This is a very hostile location and I would not want anyone visiting this location. It is not safe!
