This is the first time in my several U-Haul rentals that I had a newer truck. Great experience! Loved having the newer truck and not sitting in a smoke smelling cab.

annette foxworthI do not recommend any location due to the rude customer service that I received from Uhaul's customer service 1800 number. I had booked my truck in person the day before. I told the representative at this location that I would definitely be coming in to get this truck early the next morning. I asked him what time they opened. I received a call the next morning as I was heading out the door to pick up the truck from around the corner from my office and was asked by someone from customer service if I was coming to get the rental. I responded "yes" and they told me it was too late and that I would need to go to another location much further away. I asked why and how was this possible and they said that due to me not picking up the truck exactly when their office opened my reservation was canceled. No one had called me to ask if I had changed my mind nor told me that I had to be there exactly when they opened. I had given the rep at the location my credit card for them to secure my reservation. I had to come back the next day and reserve the truck again. This caused issues between me and My client on the delivery of their purchased product. The rep in the store was nice but told me that uhaul's customer service canceled my reservation and there was not anything that he could do.

ANGELA ALLENU-Haul dealer at this location uses auto dealership facility which is easy to access and exit. But it took awhile to locate the dealer rep.

LM Buddy BryantThe employee wasn’t very helpful. There was no dolly even though we had reserved it. It’s nearly impossible to move without a dolly. We called uhaul to find a location where we could at least pick one up. The person on the phone reserved one for us. So we drove to another location and they had no record of a reservation and said they did not rent dolly’s for a one way move. So we wasted time and money by driving there and wasted even more money having to purchase our own dolly. Overall not a great experience.

Yekeshia SmithDespite my reservation being confirmed to include equipment like an equipment dolly and a furniture dolly, the dealer did not have any of these items. I did not learn of this until the morning of the reservation. The dealer was not able to provide an alternative location to pick up the items because all of the other dealers were too busy to answer the phone. I had to go buy my own equipment to move. U-Haul apparently reviewed this and determined that there was no compensation due to me. It's clear the company does not value or respect the customer's time. Poor communication. Poor customer service for not trying to make this right.

Tavarus CrenshawThere wasn't a problem with the location, but the truck itself was one of the worst ones we have ever rented (and we have rented quite a few). The truck ran very rough and the check engine light even blinked on once. The door handle was barely attached. The dash rattled so much. And the headliner has started coming down. Some of the issues were cosmetic, but the rough engine and engine light should be addressed.

We ended up needing a smaller truck the second day to get a few items we couldn't transport. Patrick assisted with helping me secure a truck for that as well. I appreciate having someone so talented and knowledgeable about U-Haul on your team. It helped me when it mattered most. I give him an 11 on a scale of 0-10. I will definitely recommended this location to any and everyone!
