Our experience with Uhaul was extremely poor. We were moved locations several times. The 20' truck we reserved was changed to a 15' the day before, forcing us to do 2 trips and increasing our cost significantly. On top of that, the location did not have the utility dolly and blankets we reserved. The location did everything to accommodate us, but Uhaul as a whole was a complete let down.Roy S.

I rented twice from this location two different truck each time the truck has a very bad smell it's look like moving animals inside the truck and there is a hair all over Plus on the second time of course I refilled the truck gas , but they charge me $13 to refill the gas !!Bassam T.

Vehicle was not clean; there were used masks, tissue and paper towel in the glove box so I guess previous renters used it as a garbage bin. Otherwise, the transaction and service was smooth and well taken care of by the staff at locationRICARDOJ H.

the experience picking up the truck was the most annoying. The app didn't worked properly, photos didn't loaded correctly, I had to contact customer service and after many tries only the desktop version worked. Still, there steps to pick up the truck where cumbersome and very inconvenient. When returning the truck, after only consuming 1/8 or less of the gas tank U haul charged me for about half the gas tank., The added hidden fees makes the final bill like a ripoff and four times what they advertise. The email said to log in at 11 am. It took me a good 10 min. to navigate through the UHaul registration portal especially when using a cell phone to do so.. Then another 10 min with the vendor agent. I thought I would just pick up the key and go but he had to do some processing from his end. Next time, I wish I could do more ahead of 11 am cause I had booked the elevator of the destination and was given a limited time. We were stressed with our time schedule.Darrell W.

I could not complete the self drop off as the online account would not allow me take a picture of the Odometer and fuel gauge. I called customer care and was transfer to a technical team that never took my call. I had to drive home and return urgently the next morning to meet the drop off deadline. I am extremely satisfied with the value that I have received by renting from U-Haul. The entire process is very easy. From picking to loading to drive to unload to drop off. Driving this truck was very simple and easy. Prices are very reasonable.Gaurav G.

My experience with Uhaul online pickup was extremely awful. Pathetic online booking service, glitch everywhere. I never got a heads up regarding the verification process at location before taking the keys. Photo loading was not working, live chat is extremely slow in responding, why license verification on spot though everything was submitted before hand? Why should I carry a lease agreement or a secondary contact while picking a truck? Does this even make sense? Why can't you guys give a heads the day before to make it hassle free? My pickup got delayed by 45 mins because of all this nonsense and I couldn't move fully and I'm still moving the left outs in my car. I didn't get a trolley and dolly though I booked one, which made me move heavy stuffs by lifting. Would never recommend uhaul to anyone in my circle.Srivathsa V.

I used the online feature to rent the truck and instructions were not clearly outlined upfront when returning truck. I dropped the key in the drop box and went to sign out online. It was only then that I found out that I still needed access to the truck to complete the sign out. This resulted in additional charges. Additionally, I picked up the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas and filled it up to the same amount before returning but was charged $25 for 4L on my final bill. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend; especially with the online checkout.Sean K.

Being able to check in and out online is a great feature but the process was a bit cumbersome - with the location services (thought I had turned it on) and the photos. There was a bit of a lag processing information. The pictures are a great idea; however, it would be great if a picture could be uploaded rather than just use the camera. I always take pictures when I return the vehicle but was surprised I could not upload the photo I took.Kelly H.

The owner called to confirm that everything was okay and finalized the registration process, which I was having problems with. The truck itself was good repair but clearly had not been swept out the last time it was used as it had dirt on the floor. I found registering with the website and mobile app to be the most frustrating part of the process as I had problems getting it to work with my iPhone camera. The mobile app eventually worked but I found it to be poorly designed. The registration was the weakest part of the whole experience and would make me think twice about doing online registration again.Andrew P.
