The location is great but the uhaul App Is terrible.. keeps crashing, especially when doing a return and crashed 4 times after we just gave up.

Charlie RI cannot think of anything that needs improvement. The staff is kind and helpful. The trucks are always clean and ready. Best of all, every time I rent at this location, I get exactly what I wanted - no one tries to switch truck sizes on us. No one tries to sell us extras that we do not need. We rent from this location a minimum of three times a year - sometimes it is 6 or 7. We do races and events that require us to move a lot of equipment over a few days. The trucks are always ready for us. We will always rent from this location.

Nakona FThe van was dirty on the outside. It was clean inside. But it’s a moving van so it doesn’t matter to me but maybe others care. The staff was nice and friendly, so that is why I would go back or tell others to go.

REGAN BThe clerk that was working when I returned the trailer was very unprofessional, and was rudely adamant that I could not pay in cash when returning the trailer. When I tried to explain that I in fact could , he loudly spoke over me and walked away, saying over his shoulder that was U-Haul policy, and I should just accept it, there was nothing I could do. I called the owner, he was WONDERFUL, and said he would send a mass email to correct the misunderstanding. So, great manager, HORRIBLE clerk.

He came out of the office to greet me, open the gate, and guide me to where I should back in the trailer. He was already unhooking the trailer when I got out of my vehicle. Great Experience!! If I rent from Uhaul I will be back to this location!
terry kIt closed at 6:00 so was not open. I had driven for hours & unloaded in same day & returned same day. The online return was difficult, frustrating & time consuming after tiring day. I feel I should get discount for returning same day😎

Nnamdi AThe informations they enter for the gas is not accurate. They do not tell the truth about the cleaning of the material and the condition of the material. In general floor agents are not trustworthy and the management support them without proper verification
