Extremely poorly maintained truck. Tire was almost out of treads, steering was half peeled off. No utility dolly was provided although this was requested and paid. Very very poor app and its support Distance between truck and key safe box was huge. Overall it was terrible experience. Please learn from Penske.

Trailer was dirty, trailer had existing damage and repaired rim with new tire. Tire was leaking air due to repaired rim. Rim had been hammered back into shape and repainted white. Moving blankets were not supplied with trailer. I had to call this location to tell them to remove the charges for the blankets. I also asked them to resend the link to dispute the condition of the trailer and that was never completed. I was never told the link would expire. it took me 40 minutes to drive to my home and put diesel in my truck in preparation for loading this trailer . Then it took more time to take pictures of the trailer.

We filled the gas to the same level what was in the truck while $57.60 were charged to our card. Another fee for $75 was charged being the cleaning fee while, we cleaned from inside. It was a rainy day hence, the tires and body was muddy. As it was not deliberate hence, this charge should not have been made. I am disappointed towards these charges.

Good experience checking in with Rosa. Vehicle was fine. Drop off was easy. I filled up the vehicle with 8.6 gallons (paid $27) before returning with only driven 86 miles only to find out that they charged me another 6 gallons of gas. It was returned the exact same way it was taken. After calling the location I was referred to, and given a number of, manager Philip. Philip doesn't seem to be answering his phone regardless. So, really nobody can help me solve this issue. Poor service and really bad aftertaste after an actually good start. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The person behind the counter was not very interest in helping me and also understanding the reason I was there to pick up a truck. Very little interaction and I felt like more of a bother, than a customer.

The Cleaning fee is a bit ridiculous, charge extra money for a job that took five minutes. I get it if it was crazy dirty but a little dirt in the back of the truck is crazy. You would have though it was an hour to clean it the way everyone reacted. Watched them finish in five min.

From beginning to end, this experience was awful. Miscommunication between locations and couldn't get they're act together. I had to call 6 different locations to figure out what was going on AFTER I had a reservation supposedly “confirmed.” Then, on the day of rental, the system was down and it took forever to even leave with my trailer. Awful.

When I went there there system was down and there were 4 customer ahead of me and 2 employees. They are extremely slow in pickup process. I indicated on line that I will be driving approximately 30 miles but at the end I had total 47 miles. So I was charged for both 30 plus 47 (which I will be disputing). Anyways also I turned in the truck with more gas then what it was when I checked out the truck. Even then they still charged me fuel price (which also I will be disputing). Please make sure to CHECK EACH TRANSACTION before and after.

Location called to follow up on my recommendation that tires be checked for proper air pressure, Location assured me that this was always done and I advised I was going to check before hitching up trailer. When I arrived first trailer i was to be given had one tire at 20 psig. I advised I did not want that one. Second trailer offered had one tire at 40 psig. That tire was reportedly aired to 63 psig and I drove to home (about a 20 minute drive some highway some street in heat of day) and when I got home the tire that was aired up to 63 was at about 54 psig, second tire was also lower than what it was reportedly aired up to as well. I accessed "U Haul Help" and two new tires were sent out. This delayed my efforts to load trailer until much later in day. Balance of rental time was acceptable, but given my request to check tires before pick up, I was very much disappointed to arrive and be presented with two trailers with tires with low tire pressure and having to deal with U Haul Help to get issue resolved before loading anything. The reason for my request to check tires was immediate past experience was similar, but had not put in request to check tires on the first occurrence. My recommendation for U Haul is for each location to religiously check tire pressure when equipment is returned and immediately prior to scheduled pickup to avoid customer having to deal with under inflated tires. Additionally, customer must double check tire pressure before accepting trailer / vehicle.

Check in was quick simple and straightforward, and the service advisor for sure knew his stuff. The truck was in AMAZING condition, easily the best kept U-Haul I have ever used.
