Janice WitbartI have never had a successful rental from there. I have to drive way out of my way to A to Z auto on Watson to rent smoothly. I set it all up online before I showed up to the location. That said they opened at 9 am. I spent 45 min trying to get my Mobil check in to work because my cell phone wasn’t working at there location. I would drive not even 1 min away and my phone had great service. When I returned truck at 2 no one was there again.

sherrie wilminTerrible location. Extremely dangerous. Requires multiple lanes of traffic to be blocked to return trailers. Not helpful representatives, they over charged me even though the contract and receipt both showed I shouldn't be charged. Refused to help, so I had to open a dispute with AMEX to rectify the problem. AMEX dispute has already been accepted because my proof of UHauls errors were so blatantly obvious. The "area manager" won't answer his phone nor return calls. This location is dangerous and incompetent.
Lane SingletonEveryone was out to lunch when we arrived to drop off the truck which isn't an issue but the internet is spotty in this area so it took awhile to get the truck checked in.

scott hunterThis location was easily accessed and clean. However uhaul overall was not a great experience. I had reserved one for 730 am and when I went to pickup it said it's not available until 10 am. I had people waiting. Then had to reserve this one on the fly and put me way behind for the day.

Aaron MossmanHaving a woman deal w hooking up the trailer ended up with the trailer popping off the ball. She was unable to connect the 2 inch ball so she went to a smaller ball on the hitch then when we hit a bump in the highway it popped off leaving the trailer looses to ram into my truck bumper until we were able to pull off the highway.
CAROLYN WENZELSits on busy road and depending on traffic level its hard to maneuver picking up and dropping off a trailer. Trailers are just shy of street shoulder on outside of fence.

She suggested I could call her after hours answering service and they would relay the message.The answering service never picked up. After MANY calls to any U-Haul number we could find, we were told we could get a truck at another location, not convient at all.After an hour the "error" was corrected.Not impressed with customer service or u haul app

CHRISTINE PULLIAMThe service at the location was awesome, the truck was clean and didn't smell funny. Seemed well maintained for having over 100k mileage. Returned after hours and the online process was SLOW! Couldn't get the website to recognize my location for about 30 minutes. I was ready to just throw the keys in the drop box with a note. Then the app started working and it took a while. I dont know if the servers were slow or if the cell service was bad but it took WAY longer than it should have.

Tim WesterholdMake the check-in from cell phone an easier process. Customer Service was difficult to speak with. The whole ordeal took 45 minutes, which put me behind on time to pick up the truck. When I called to extend the time an hour, customer service wanted to charge me an extra day. Eventually they claimed they would allow extra time, at no charge, but I was billed extra anyway.

Barb GarrettThe staff at this location is extremely unproffesional and unorganized. They failed to contact me and let me know that we forgot our ID's with them, which held up the closing process of selling and buying my homes. They were not present at the location until 1/2 late on friday, 7/19. We returned the truck at 5:30 on Friday 7/19 and she did not actually check it in until after 11am on 7/20. Which, I had to call and remind her to complete this task.
