The location for pick up and drop off of the trailer is on a shoulder of a busy highway 61/67. Very scary for trying to hook up or unhook.Barbara S.

The service at the location was awesome, the truck was clean and didn't smell funny. Seemed well maintained for having over 100k mileage. Returned after hours and the online process was SLOW! Couldn't get the website to recognize my location for about 30 minutes. I was ready to just throw the keys in the drop box with a note. Then the app started working and it took a while. I dont know if the servers were slow or if the cell service was bad but it took WAY longer than it should have.Phil H.

Make the check-in from cell phone an easier process. Customer Service was difficult to speak with. The whole ordeal took 45 minutes, which put me behind on time to pick up the truck. When I called to extend the time an hour, customer service wanted to charge me an extra day. Eventually they claimed they would allow extra time, at no charge, but I was billed extra anyway.Amanda C.

The herculaneum no location where I signed up gave me some misinformation. They weren't as professional.Barb G.
The staff at this location is extremely unproffesional and unorganized. They failed to contact me and let me know that we forgot our ID's with them, which held up the closing process of selling and buying my homes. They were not present at the location until 1/2 late on friday, 7/19. We returned the truck at 5:30 on Friday 7/19 and she did not actually check it in until after 11am on 7/20. Which, I had to call and remind her to complete this task.Emily L.

Guy finalized the rental using a phone instead of a computer, so it took a lot longer than it should have. Also he lit up a cigarette while I was hooking up the trailer and he didn't bother to check to see if the lights were working before I left.John M.

Was quoted for a one-way trip .89 per mile plus the $29.99 for the 15 ft truck rental that should have come to just $67.37 but when the contract was printed out it was $118 ask why this was and the agent didn't know why and had to call someone else who had to inform them that a one-way trip was a fixed rate of $118. They didn't even try to adjust the price even though they misquoted the price. They also only gave us exact miles to the drop off UHAUL which caused us to pay for an additional 5 miles of travel. Not happy with UHAUL.Dennis F.

This was a terrible expierence.... The location asked me if I needed a dolly even after I had already reserved one... I said yes got the truck home and parked for the evening. The next morning went out to open truck up to start loading and NO DOLLY!!! I then proceeded to drive to the location to retrieve a dolly to find that they were not open even though according to the hours listed on the door they we're supposed to be open at 9am and I arrived at 9:30am. So I had to call customer service and they had to send me to another location to retieve the dolly.Jacob E.
